I received a gift card for my birthday last year. Unfortunately time slipped away and before I knew it the time was nearly up on my card. I contacted the company who were really helpful and just asked me to send them a photo of the card so that they could extend it. I was booked into the chocolate walk and obviously it's really popular as the first date free was in January. I certainly got my money's worth as the tour took over three hours and during this time we were taken to five different chocolate makers and sampled a variety of chocolates in each one. Our guide was well informed, thoughtful and aware of his audience.

I ordered on 24th and received on 30th. So if you need it in a hurry give yourself plenty of time. I thought I would have it within a couple of days. It is for a 30th Birthday present and I thought it would be something special for their day. I hope they enjoy it. Just remember to give yourself a little time for the gift pack to come through.

really friendly, nice clean room, good food especially breakfast. beautiful countryside. make sure you have a local map, a very enjoyable stay. Our room was upgraded without us asking. The first room was o.k. but rather small we would have been happy with this but they just upgraded us. so we were rather fortunate.

I have 2 vouchers I want to exchange into one, but the one I wanted wasn't appearing when I went on the computer as told to. I spent the whole of one day on the phone/ computer as was told I had to do it via the Internet and they couldn't do it for me. They then shut and I had to wait for the next day for help. Having said all this, the next day I spoke to a fantastic team member who understood straight away all the problems I was having and put me straight through to do it all over the phone. Couldn't have done more! Then I spoke to another lady who after I explained everything realised I couldn't do it on the computer and also began to help me. The company should be proud to have these 2 working for them, as I must admit I have previously spoken to some not-so-helpful team members!!

I have purchased from buyagift 4 or 5 times now and not been disappointed the vouchers arrive promptly and are easy to activate/use I usually compare prices and haven't been tempted elsewhere They do have good special offers so I have even elected to stay on their mailing list which is unusual for me My PC has extreme internet tracking protection in place and I cannot get past the shopping basket which is a minor frustration. I use another PC to be able to pay online or else ring them when I know what I want

I bought 2 tickets (1 adult and 1 student) to the Eden Project in Cornwall for the 21/7/12. It was an unplanned trip and I had to buy them at a very short notice. Tnanks to a technical problem, I could not book my tickets from the official website. I came across Buyagift.co.uk when I searched for alternative. I was extremely impressed that I managed to save £10.70 compared to the price of the dated online ticket from the official website. As I had never bought from Buyagift.co.uk, I was rather sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true. Indeed, it is genuine as I had no problem using my print n go tickets on my visit.

very easy to find just the gift I needed, no hassle, easy to get at short notice due to the e-voucher. very impressed. special gifts are very difficult to think of when buying for adults who already have the things they want, or for someone that you don't see very often. each voucher gives the recipient the choice to change the gift to something they would prefer more, which makes this gift an even better idea.

Great choice on website and lovely feedback from sales dept. It was a nice surprise to receive a 10% discount card from you which I will definitely using in the future. Although my gift arrived a little later than expected, this was probably down to the bad weather rather than a fault of the company. Also when I contacted the company by email to voice my concerns they responded very quickly & promised if it didn't arrive within a few days they would re-send.
So all-in-all I thought the customer service was very good - not what you come to expect these days unfortunately.
I also think it's excellent that you can exchange the gift for something else if it turns out to be unsuitable, something I wasn't awrae of before.

Website is easy to use... takes the stress out of Christmas, Birthdays etc at an affordable cost to everyone... products are of good quality and you will find something for everyone, of all ages.
Dislke the fact that you give us a discount card, but we aren't allowed to use it on special offers....

Delivery delayed, possibly due to poor weather conditions. Parcel evenyually arrived after a few phone calls to Buy a Gift and the post office. Who incidentally are unable to help unless there is a consignment number, which you did not give me. Suggest maybe if you direct a customer to the delivery agents that you firstly supply the consignment number and secondly confirm that the delivery agents are prepared for your call. Which in this instance they were not prepared to discuss with me as I was not the parcel despatcher.

I have compared other sites & found this to be the better choice, however, I check other sites before ordering. I do not limit myself to this site only.
I have used buyagift on many ocassions for a variety of gifts.
The gifts have a good lenght of time before expirey.
The delivery service is very good.
It is unfortunate that the discount cards do not apply to all products, especially the fact that the two last purchases were not included for discount.
The gift tin is pricey.

I am very sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the delivery timeframe. We send our vouchers out by standard delivery, which can take up to 5 working days. As your order was placed on a Saturday it was dispatched the following Monday.
Please rest assured we will shortly be upgrading our delivery to Royal Mail 1st Class over the Christmas Period.
