this album is one of many sorts. Its opener stinkfist with some weird high pitched artificial noise is very catchy and brilliant song altogether 46 & 2 is good and a bit strange/mysterious AEnima in itslef is quite a good one too then there is third eye wich is long good and a bit "scary".
this album does take a bit to get used to because it is really quite strange

'Tool' are excellent. Full stop. And 'Aenima' is a stunning album. So much feel and presence, allied with excellent musicianship and song writing. Only reason I've given it 9 and not 10 out of 10, is 'Lateralus'. Which is the pinnacle of progressive metal. Overall though 'Aenima' is an essential purchase. Buy it!… Read Full Review

Tool's Aenima isn't as good as La Te Ra Lus, but it does nevertheless have some astonishing songs on, such as 46 & 2 and Eulogy.
46 & 2 is one of they're best songs ever.

All in all, this CD is Tools best…

Tool's masterful Aenima is emotional, cryptic, mystical, potent, powerful, and by far the best metal album I've ever heard. Maynard and company are the best at what they do and this album is highly recommended to anyone and everyone who has a penchant for complex, indescribably potent metal.
This is beyond words...
Buy Aenima now!!!…
