Bought 3 photo frame clocks from UK ThinkGizmo, associated with Paramountzone, and though unused for 3 years when we went to open them recently NONE worked. We informed them and they wrote back saying the clocks are outside their guarantee period but not bothering to state what this period is! and not offering anything at all, no investigation, no partial refund, no credit note (not that I'd want any more to do with them!). The Sale of Goods Act states a 6 year period for faulty goods but as it also says that as we bought them before the law was changed it would be down to us to prove they were faulty for which we would need a report from some repair place (which would probably cost more than the goods) we are stuck. Not the sort of response you would expect from a reputable trader!!! Edit

Got the lightspeed I-helicopter and really found it the best and easiest helicopter to fly I've had hours of fun with my son filming and taking pictures on it he found it very easy to fly as well and he's only 11 years old I would recommend this toy to anyone and give it a five star rating.

This company provides superb service. I phoned them with some queries prior to my purchase and they were politie, professional and knowledgable. The ordered item arrived extremely quickly the following day and I was continuously kept up to date with dispatch information and even delivery hour slot. An email with further queries was responded to very promptly and professionally, immediately resolving any issue. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them.

We made our purchase of a remote controlled helicopter and received the delivery very quickly and well packaged. Great toy but it developed a fault. I emailed customer services and everything was resolved very quickly. Just great for an internet company. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and have already recommended my mates to do the same. Very happy with everything this company offers. Thank you

I received a helicopter from this company from my sister for Christmas, which worked fine until it came to charging the transmitter...after a couple of emails I could not believe how fantastically kind, helpful and pleasant the staff were to deal with. They immediately helped me identify what the problems could be, and then shipped a spare part out, which was with me in 2 days! I was so impressed and am so grateful for the excellent customer service I received, and am now happily flying my helicopter around the room! Thank you very much Paramount Zone for your excellent assistance, and I will definitely be recommending you to all my family and friends!

Seems to me an excellent product, well made and very useful from time to time. And the customer service is responsive and prompt. The charger fits and works well on my iPad and android phone. So on this basis I am very happy to recommend it. BUT be aware that there are connections that the product does not offer. I have a Samsung Tablet 7 (one of the world's largest manufacturers) and this product is NOT able to supply a connection for tablet type, which is disappointing.

I purchased a ihelicopter as a christmas presents for my husband. The product arrived promptly, tracking details were text to my phone and the product was well packaged. The ihelicopter is great. Kept husband amused for ages and the kids (age 4 and 2) are mesmerised ! with so much complaining going on these days it was refreshing to deal with this company and to receive such good service and a product that feels good quality. Definaltely would use again and would recommend.

I have ordered many items from this Company - they are wonderful to deal with. I only had one small problem with an item - not their fault - it was just faulty and their response speedy to put things right. Items arrived before you could blink and all were as described and well packed. My grandchildren particularly love the rainbow projector which fill their ceilings with a magical rainbow keeping them safe at night. It can be run from the mains or battery - mains option not included. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again and would encourage you to do so.

I didn't expect much from the light weight RC plane but I had hoped it would work for a little while. It didn't. This would have been OK had their customer service treated me with some respect instead of insulting my intelligence.

I had amazing experience with this company. In general buying was very good, but when I started facing some problems I was really amazed by customer service. After I sent an email with problem description at evening I got answer next morning with instructions what I need to do further. After sending only battery pack from faulty item I got the new item after 3 days :) It was so professional and efficient.

To be honest, I'd never heard of Paramount Zone, but wanted to purchase a particular product and found them to be the cheapest online. Although they were out of stock, the website allowed me to pre-order it and I was impressed straight away with their customer service as they got in touch twice to confirm when they were due back in stock and when I'd expect to receive mine. In the end, I received it only the day after they got them back in so that was great. The product itself is brilliant and came with lots of additional things that are marked on other websites as "optional extras". Unfortunately last week I had an issue with the battery, it seemed to not be working as well as expected. I emailed Paramount Zone, they responded immediately apologising and asking me to send the battery back to them recorded delivery and they'd send me a new one and refund the postage. I sent it to them on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon I had the new battery and the money for postage had gone back onto my credit card. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout, made even better by knowing their service doesn't dip when things go wrong. Thank you Paramount Zone, I hope to be back for my next purchase.

I purchased a V911 from Paramount zone and it arrived exactly one week ago. It arrived without hassle when expected, ordering it was a breeze. Unfortunately it stopped working after a week so I contacted the customer services and they were exceptionally helpful and said they would send me out another 'chopper. I was amazed, most of the places that sell these would simply say "You've flown it, you've broken it" but they listened to what I said and decided to help me out. From start to finish they have been a professional, helpful and impressive company. I would highly recommend them to anyone to use them. Not only did they have the best proce but also the best service. It's worth noting that most of the suppliers of these toys are based in China, whereas Paramount Zone are in the UK so postage takes a lot less time and they are must easier to contact. Thanks again Paramount Zone :)

There was a fault with a micro RC helicopter I bought from Paramount Zone - a manufacturing fault. They replaced it with no fuss and no hassle - what Amazing Helpful Professional Excellent Customer Service - if only every other company had such good customer service. I will be using Paramount Zone again - they were helpful, fast, honest and fast. I would recommend then to family and friends. I must say in over 15 years of shopping online I have never received such excellent customer service - I think 99% of other british companies and call centres could learn a lot from this company about how to deliver good customer service. The Helicopter I have now is fun and spot on - thank you Paramout Zone for all your help and good service. Yes I will be buying from them again.

I was introduced to Paramountzone by a friend who had bought some items for her boyfriend and she sent me the link via email. I could have ordered most of the gadgets on offer but I went for the Samurai Sword golf umbrella so I can look like Chuck Norris on the school run without having to actually carry it!. The service and delivery were brilliant and the item arrived on the wednesday after ordering late afternoon on the monday. I wont hesitate to recommend Paramount Zone to my friends and I will be ordering more from them.

Looking for some novelty gifts for friends and the office secret Santa before Xmas. Came accross Paramount Zone on a google search as had left thing a bit late (as normal). Had everything I needed and more. I even bought a Helicopter that works with my iPhone as a treat for me, good quality as has been crash landed a few times! Great prices and very fast delivery (much needed the week before Xmas). Would recommend to anyone looking bfor something different. Will be back thanks again. Sorry for the late review!

I would like to warn anybody thinking of making a purchase with this company not to. I purchased a quadcopter for my husbands Xmas present. The product was faulty and did not work. I tired to contact the company via the phone and email. No response as their customer services is closed until 3rd Jan. Now having to involve Amazon to get a refund via their compensation scheme which Is not ideal. No customer service for over a week is not good enough in this day and age. A very very disappointed customer.

I ordered the mini gyro R/C helicopter. At first it did not arrive so after a quick call to Paramount a replacement was sent immediately by courier which I received the next day. The helicopter was very good value and performed well. The instructions were clear and easy to understand so that it could be used very quickly after unpacking.I should like to praise the excellent customer support over the telephpne, no overseas call centres, and very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Paramount zone to everyone looking for that special unusal item. Robert

Excellent service and delivery. One item's box was damaged in the post. Immediate response on contacting them and a new item sent free of charge. Certainly would use again and recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for something different. Only slight snag is obviously the packaging which perhaps could be improved

Part of this site's Terms and Conditions means that if you ever order from them or make an account with them, they have the right to send you spam text messages. Being someone who always opts out of marketing when possible, I was quite annoyed to receive a message from this company telling me about their Christmas Gift Guide. The phone number they use is +447537410096 - if you want to add this to your block lists before/after ordering from the company, but I find it a complete invasion of privacy to force you to opt into marketing and have no choice in the matter. Will not be buying from this company again, and have also reported them to the relevant authorities to be checked out on whether this is in fact legal or not. TL;DR: Buy stuff here if you support unwanted SMS telemarketing."

We are sorry that you felt you received no customer service. As you may imagine we are are closed Christmas day and Boxing day and we gave our staff a few days off over Christmas to spend with their families and to recharge ready for the New Year.
We are certain that we responded to your emails before the 3rd and had agreed to refund your order due to the issues you had.
