Not Five Star Worthy!
CAUTION WHEN BOOKING A STAY AT THE HILTON HOTEL LOCATED AT 500 SEMINARY ROAD, ALEXANDER VA! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND SOMEWHAT IN DIS-BELIEF, SINCE THERE IS A BELIEF THAT, THE HILTON HOTELS ARE ONE OF THE PREFERRED ESTABLISHMENT TO STAY THAT PROVIDES TOP NOTCH QUALITY SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS. ON THE CONTRARY OUR EXPERIENCE WAS ANYTHING BUT ACCOMMODATING. ON THE EVE OF THE 2020 GALA AT THE HOTEL, MY HUSBAND AND I ENTERED OUR RESERVED ROOM #2612 AT THE HILTON, ONLY TO BE GREETED WITH AN UNCLEAN ROOM,UNMADE BED WITH NO LINEN AND USED TOWELS LAYING ABOUT. THE HOTEL HAD MORE THAN AMPLE TIME TO PREPARE FOR OUR STAY SINCE THE RESERVATIONS WERE MADE IN OCTOBER 2019 AND WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT APPROXIMATLY 8PM ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN. IN ADDITION TO THE POOR HOSPITALITY SERVICE , IT APPEARED THE HOTEL WAS ILL PREPARED FOR THE MASSIVE CROWD OF PEOPLE WHO SHOWED FOR THE GALA. TRAFFIC JAMS, CLOSE GARAGES, FRUSTRACTED GUESTS, NONWORKING ELVEVATORS AND LACK OF HOTEL ASSISTANCE WAS PERVERSAVISE AND CHAOTIC. ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL EVENTUALLY SENT HOUSE KEEPING TO OUR ROOM TO PREPARE THE ROOM PROPERLY THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE PAYING AN ESTABLMENT. HOTEL GUESTS DESERVES BETTER!

I Have Always Been Told That If You Leave Valuable
I have always been told that if you leave valuables in your hotel room they may be taken but I have never actually had it occur until now. I left gift cards on the nightstand and a couple hours after I checked out I called the hotel and I was told the room was cleaned but no cards were found. When I called the hotel the employee did nothing to assist me. I asked for a manager and she stated that she would personally go check the room but then she stated that the maid staff had left for thye evening. She advised that I would receive a phone call the next morning by the staff management/cleaning department and NO ONE ever called me. I waited until noon and I called myself and they would not put me in touch with the person that cleaned my room or at least a manager in that department. It was obvious that someone was hiding something and acting very suspicious when I would call. I now have to call the local police in that city and file a theft report, which will go no where because I didnt witness the person in action. When I customer calls for something like this, wouldnt you agree I should have received better customer service?! I have left my watch, wallet, etc. out in other hotels and I have never had this occur. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again, they dont even care, judging by the treatment I received! Even now, it has been almost a week and still NO ONE from corporate or the hotel I stayed at has even bothered to email or telephone me back! Stay away from Hilton's unless you want your belongings gone! Just imagine what other items get taken from rooms!

We Stay At Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort July 5-
We stay at Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort July 5-7. For the money they charge it's expensive. Only sheets on beds,one set of towels for 3 people,bugs all over, water in tub with hair in it. AND if you ask for blankets or towels they charge to bring them. Would like to have some of my money back.

I stayed at room 125 the service is outstanding you feel warm welcoming service
at the Hilton gardens its peaceful the food is delicious the staffs are well
trained and groomed for service they really turned my moments into a memory
the managers are extremely friendly would go over and above to ensure that I was
happy I will always go back as it is the best place to stay.

Two Stays Too Many
I have stayed in two Hilton Hotels. Both were very bad. In the first there was a poop stain on the computer chair at the desk in my room like someone didn't wipe after using toilet and sat in it. Front desk charged me for an extra night 2 days after I checked out. Took me a couple of weeks to get it straightened out when I had to turn an expense report to my employer. What a pain.
For my second stay, after I booked the room through my travel agent, I arrived at the hotel and it was under renovation meaning I had to move around the Mexican construction workers to and from my room.
Hilton doesn't offer free breakfast as other hotels do. The reason I stayed at their establishment was because in some areas its impossible to find a 3 star or better hotel that is under $100 per night. Don't know how they get a 3 star or better rating. I try not to chose Hilton if I can avoid it.

Hilton Has Horrible Customer Service
The Hilton Garden Inn, Emeryville, CA has horrible management and customer service. DO NOT STAY THERE! They would not cancel a reservation 3 weeks prior. The manager led me on a wild goose chase......and still no help. He is a blemish on the Hilton name - although he loves to brag about how he has worked for Hilton for 18 years.

Hilton Honor Program Means Nothing
My husband and I booked my birthday trip to NYC through Expedia. I'm a Hilton Honor member but since I booked through Expedia they wouldn't honor my membership.But here's the best part....my husband's name was on the reservation and my name is under the Hilton Honor program, but because it wasn't booked under my name they wouldn't give us the free WiFi. Even though I'm in the room they wouldn't honor it. The customer service was horrible at the Double Tree Metropolitan in NYC. DON'T GO THERE!
Our other experience was at the Hilton in Altamonte Springs, FL. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, there wasn't a rack in the shower to hold the soap, there was a musty odor in the room. Basically a dirty room all around. Hilton hotels used to be the higher end of the hotel chain, now they are at the bottom.

Shocking Poor Standards
I recently stayed at the hilton hotel in Tower Bridge with my husband for new years eve, the main reason for our stay was to be able to view the new years fireworks from the sky bar at the rooftop amongst many of the other people staying there that night. To start with there was minimal to no parking but was told by the receptionist that ' is what is'. Following this we arrived to our room which was small and extremely standard much like a travelodge. (we paid £344 for the room) however fairly clean. Once we made our way to the bar and spent extortionate amounts of money as drinks were highly expensive, we found a seat outside and settled there for a few hours hoping to see the fireworks, after speaking to many other fellow hotel stayers there, they all confirmed they booked the hotel purely for the fireworks and a good view. At 11.55pm we were rudely shunned by the manager of sky bar and told to get inside as we were no longer allowed to be outside! Knowing everyone had booked to see the fireworks, they chose to cram everyone into the bar and close the doors!! As if that wasn't dissipating enough, upon requesting room service, I was told we're all out of food so you'll have to go without.
Having been so excited about staying at the hilton, I was most dissapinhed and upset with the service we received. No apology was given at any time and the standards were extremely poor and terrible. I definitely would not recommend the hotel to a friend and most definitely would never stay there again. Really very appalled by the service and it's a real shame that such a high branded hotel has such poor service. Extremely disappointed and would never visit again!

Bathroom Floor Slippery
My wife and I spent Nov.24th in your Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North. There was no problem with the service or the room except the room we had was handicapped accessible and the floor in the bathroom was so slippery my wife could not stand without slipping.
