CAUTION WHEN BOOKING A STAY AT THE HILTON HOTEL LOCATED AT 500 SEMINARY ROAD, ALEXANDER VA! “I have always been told that if you leave valuables in...”

I have always been told that if you leave valuables in your hotel room they may be taken but I have never actually had it occur until now. I left gift cards on the nightstand and a couple hours after I checked out I called the hotel and I was told the room was cleaned but no cards were found. When I called the hotel the employee did nothing to assist me. We stay at Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort July 5-7. For the money they charge it's expensive. Only sheets on beds,one set of towels for 3 people,bugs all over, water in tub with hair in it. “Two Stays Too Many”

I have stayed in two Hilton Hotels. Both were very bad. In the first there was a poop stain on the computer chair at the desk in my room like someone didn't wipe after using toilet and sat in it. Front desk charged me for an extra night 2 days after I checked out. Took me a couple of weeks to get it straightened out when I had to turn an expense report to my employer. What a pain. “Hilton has horrible customer service”

The Hilton Garden Inn, Emeryville, CA has horrible management and customer service. DO NOT STAY THERE! They would not cancel a reservation 3 weeks prior. “Hilton Honor Program Means NOTHING”

My husband and I booked my birthday trip to NYC through Expedia. I'm a Hilton Honor member but since I booked through Expedia they wouldn't honor my membership.But here's the best part....my husband's name was on the reservation and my name is under the Hilton Honor program, but because it wasn't booked under my name they wouldn't give us the free WiFi. “Shocking poor standards”

I recently stayed at the hilton hotel in Tower Bridge with my husband for new years eve, the main reason for our stay was to be able to view the new years fireworks from the sky bar at the rooftop amongst many of the other people staying there that night. “disgustingly dirry”

Currently staying at the San Juan Hilton. Checked in yesterday. Room was marginally clean. Found a fake fingernails under one of the beds. Could tell it had not been vacuumed inn a long long time. Took showers this morning and left the towels on the floor as instructed by the note left by housekeeping. Went to the bead came back and all the had done was pick up the dirty towels and hung them on the shower door. Folded the toilet paper making it look like they cleaned. Not. Sinks sill dirty. “Stingiest hotel in town.”

Date of stay - 3rd October 2015. £205 for King room, £12 for parking. No bathrobes , no complimentary bottle of water. No welcoming touches in the room. Tiny bath. Tiny pillows. Two reservations totally fouled up after calls and confirmation numbers, and more calls, and authorizations sent. No response to numerous calls to the manager to try and rectify the situation. The front desk clerk was cheerful and tried to help, but was powerless to address the root of the problem. “Poor cervice”

I am highly upset with the customer service at the Hilton garden inn in Kankakee. I left my room early in the morning I expected my room to be cleaned however when I arrived they had skipped my room. I asked the lady that was cleaning if they could clean my room. She said yes but there are other rooms I have to clean first. I understood, we left the hotel for approximately three hours. “Diamond membership= waters”

First off I spent years going to the Hilton's looking for build up enough points to build points to get to diamond or whatever their highest level is, I don't think I've ever gotten a free upgrade here in United States. China they bent over backwards to makeme feel like a king manager himself took me up to the large suite and showed me around, I've stayed in Hiltons in Hawaii California, New York , Wisconsin and China.
