Kanye West is a absolute legend, he is so controversial and it works. He tells everything as it is and speaks about his life happenings. I've got all his albums and if i had to choose my favourite I couldn't, he is also amazing in concert seen him 5 times :-)

I am Kanye West's biggest fan alive!!!!! He's the greatest mc because he talks about real events and not made up ones. I was tired of rap before he came along. it was all gangstas, I'm not a gangsta so I couldn't relate to. The beats are so sick he should've got a medic!!! dont just cop this cd check out his amazing mixtapes!! This is not the best album of the year it is the best album ever!! this is music if you like it or not.

The Kanye West, College Drop Out CD is one of my favorites. Its full of songs that say a lot of TRUTH about life in general and about some shady concepts in this society of ours. I like it when music has a meaning and he does a great job doing this. EVERY song can be your favorite...and I guess the fact that he is Fine, that should help his sales too <3 =).

Kanye West, College Drop Out - This is an absolutely brilliant album from Kanye West, a classic from the very beginning. All the talk that Kanye is a good producer but can't rap is total rubbish, as he displays pure wit and a sense of humour on his debut album. Personally, I don't want to hear about the money, hoes and rims that many of today's rappers go on about, I want something more REAL. Kanye provides this no end, and when you listen to the beats and lyrics you can see that you're listening to one of us, as Kanye talks about things that almost everyone (no matter their background) can relate to. Kanye says in 'Last Call', "they was looking at me funny coz I didn't have a jersey on or something". What we see on the stage is not a big shot hip hop gangster but "one of us". 'Never Let Me Down' featuring Jay-Z and 'Jesus Walks' are immediate standouts where Kanye focuses on the much deeper issue of racism. 'Two Words' is perhaps the best track on the album, with revolutionary methods of rapping featuring Mos Def and Freeway and the added bonus of the Harlem Boys Street Choir giving a soulful backup and adding to the effect of the beat. Kanye has perfected the old school soul sound that features on many of his tracks and make this a really good listen. Despite the fact that 'Through the Wire' was perhaps overplayed a little, we msut still remember how great this track really is, with the speeded up Chaka Khan's 'Through the Fire' and Kanye's slurring voice through the wired shut jaw gives a real insight into Kanye's feelings and attitude towards the rap game. If there was one downfall, it would be the number of skits that make the album a little too disjointed and means that you have to skip a couple of tracks. However, College Dropout still holds together well and is clearly a true and pure first effort from the best upcoming rapper today.

Kanye West, College Drop Out - Kanye West is the best rapper I have ever heard in the history of music as he has produced and written most of the album and has pulled of a great job. There are over 20 tracks on the album; the lyrics of some of them reflected on his life and some very funny.
I recommend this album to anyone who likes hip-hop.
Rocafella Records are very lucky to work with someone like Kanye West!

Kanye West, College Drop Out is very good. I think he is on point the lyrics are blazzing. It was time for something new and uplifting, all we hear on the radio are beaches, hoes, alcohol and sex as if we are not an intelligent being capable of more and the negative stuff that we hear on the radio.
... I give the man and the album nuff respect hope he goes platinum * 10,

Kanye West's album, College Drop Out,is worth every penny you spend on it. It has good lyrics, good rhymes and good beats, and I mean REALLY GOOD BEATS, it has artists like JAY-Z, LUDACRIS AMD FREEWAY it should be the album of the year because no album's gonna beat it, not even D12, 50 cent or Obie Trice's new ones later this year.
I feel very strongly about this album and am telling everyone to get it.
Even if you don't like hiphop or R'n'B you'll still like it.
Holla at ya boy babypowda!!!!!!!
