Ordered from Canada, wrong product was delivered, was told to pay for shipping back and to use their return site to pay for Canada Post Label, My Visa got charged 3 times, did not receive a label. Horrible company. They never sent me my birthday code and after about 20 messages back and forth, throughout which they got the wrong end of the stick multiple times because they didn't even bother to read the message, they told me to wait 2 weeks after my birthday to 'wait and see' if they bother to send code or not. Items are not delivered within specified delivery period, and customer service is slow. They do have a large variety of products, to suit most people's pockets. Hi there, I've had a look into this and due to weather and force majeure events our delivery timeframes have occasionally been affected - I'm sorry about this. Our customer care team are also experiencing a lot of contacts due to the time of year so it's taking a little longer than normal to get back to you. As for Hermes, we use many different couriers in the UK including DPD, Hermes and Collect +. As your courier is decided by the size and weight of your parcel this means we aren't able to guarantee a specific courier. The worst customer service I have ever received. If you are currently relying upon asos to deliver presents to you in time for this festive season, then please don't. Cancel your orders immediately! Oh no wait, you CAN'T even cancel orders. I placed an order I needed to arrive before 19/12. When I placed the order it said that it would come " on or before 18/12". Poor customer service. I had a simple question to ask, but could not find a phone number to call and speak to a person. I used their "ask a question" option and sent my question. I received an email saying that they received my question and someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. I got back on the website and chose their "live chat" option. Great customer disservice! They have messed up my orders sending something I have cancelled and cancelling the actual order for a tech failure. After that they told me they couldn't stop the order because it was already processed (this was a lie since they sent an email 5 days later saying one of the items was unavailable). I have been in contact with all of you for 2 weeks now through any kind of platform and you not only haven't not helped at all. I'm sorry that you've had trouble with contacting us. I've taken a look and can see that you have tried to call us. We don't have a call centre however if you would like to speak to an adviser over the phone we can arrange this ourselves. We currently only offer exchanges to our UK based customers and this is only for the same item just in a different size or colour. As the promotion had ended we were unable to regenerate this code for you. We're all trained as one team here at ASOS, we are all trained to answer customers queries the same however if we feel that an issue needs to be escalated we can pass this on to our escalations team. We aim to give the best customer service. In regards to promotional codes, were not able to re-create them if you select the incorrect size. If you are based in the UK you have the option to exchange the item however this can take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse and then a following 1 working day to process. Once the return is processed the exchange will be sent out on the original shipping method you used on the original order. If you are unsure with sizing you can always check out our size guide here or place an order for both sizes and then return the size which doesn't fit for a full refund. Worst online company out there. Received product covered in DOG HAIR! Clearly been used and was second hand. Spoke to a customer adviser called Elysia. As stated above I used all contact avenues, your response time was not good enough and even when I did get a response it was of a different person each time and each one just repeated what the other had said. The fault was on your side yet iv been made to feel like I'm the one in the wrong here. I was told that you had sorted the problem as stated above only to find that I had been lied to days later. You say you pride yourselves on giving the best shopping experience well in that case you had better all go back to square 1 and repeat your customer service training as this has been the worst shopping experience I have ever received and I use a lot of on line company's. I have asked for a call back and was eventually told I would receive one and yet again this has not happened. There is nothing that you can say that is going to make me want to shop with you again. I am looking at 15 days to receive a refund, so I'm looking at nearly a month after the order date until I get MY money back, this is a discrace, you really need to rethink your policy's if you want to keep returning customers because after all if it wasn't for them you would not have a company at all, you need to remember that.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this company. Should have known better. I've traveled to China many times and visited the markets where they sell knock off goods for cheap (bargain prices). The sandals that I purchased from ASOS certainly came straight from China. They were awful; poor quality, wrong size (I ordered a US 7, for one pair, they sent me a 38, which is a US 8 - this is the pair I tried to return), and looked nothing like the photos. This post will most likely be taken down as soon as it is posted but I feel like I should forewarn other customers. Before you set any expectations and/or rely on ASOS please read below. Thank for posting a review of ASOS today. I'm so sorry you feel this way and had such a disappointing experience with ASOS.

I can assure you that we try to avoid delays happening to our orders. However sometimes postal delays can happen that are out of ASOS' control including traffic and weather delays. ASOS and our couriers always do their best to let customer's know if delays occur. Any delays at our warehouse or with deliveries will be stated on our site as well as social media pages.

I'm sorry if DPD's tracking insinuated that it was your choice to change the delivery date - it would never be a customer's fault. I have passed on your feedback about this to avoid this sort of thing happening in the future.

I have also passed on your feedback about our customer service to help us improve our services for all of our customers. Online is what we do best so we are not set up for a high intake of phone calls. Myself or one of my colleagues will always be more than happy to help you on one of our customer service platforms including Live Chat, email, Facebook and Twitter @ASOS_HereToHelp.

“Customer Service Is HORRIBLE”

I purchased a dress from Asos 4/2017. I did not get my item but they got my money. The only way to speak to someone is in an online chat. I contacted them several times, in April , and was told they would look into it. I contacted them again, in early May, in an online chat, and was told they never were contacted about my missing package. I was then told AGAIN, they would look in to it. “Horrible customer service”

I ordered a few bikini tops for a trip to Mexico and I received the wrong item. I found that the only way to contact the company is through social media which is very annoying, slow, and impersonal. They sent the right item months later- too late for my trip, therefore I returned the item. It has been longer than 2 months and I have yet to see a penny of my $150 despite the communication online. Hello, firstly I'd like to apologise that you missed out on getting your bikini that you wanted for your trip to Mexico - I do hope you had a great time however.

There are many different ways to get in touch with customer care via the help pages on the ASOS website. There are Facebook and Twitter which are the social channels that are in place, however if these do not suit your preference we do however offer Live chat and email channels. As we are a online company this is the best way to get in touch to sort out any problems, Live chat being the most efficient for communication straight away.

I'm hear to assure you that you will get your money back for the return and that all responses via social media and other channels have real people dealing with your very real experience and query.

So I can try get this sorted for you can get in touch and choosing another channel to make sure your order is being looked into for you.
