My review tries to maintain a balanced view - but has to be measured against situation where ship came adrift while moored in bay at Villefranche. The ship hit submerged rocks and the propellors were damaged. Ship limped along at reduced rate of knots with lots of vibration and we are currently holed up in Civitavechia, Italy for 3 days while they try to repair it. We have to wait and see if they can finish the cruise but too many ports have been missed now and communication has been poor - but they are beginning to listen. Currently we're sitting at a 50% refund - but this is no way to celebrate your 25th wedding anniversary!
