A Large Part Of This Book Is Boring And The Charac
A large part of this book is boring and the characters are all just horrible people. It races along full of boring details and you feel like sticking pins in your eyes))but then it drops in anvil heavy. The novel focuses on his interaction with his old friends and his family.
There seems to be no limit to the emptiness and depravity of the characters in this novel.
But this was a well-written and interesting look at privilege and soullessness during a notoriously egocentric decade.

Has A Drifty Feel To It Like The Character Driftin
Has a drifty feel to it like the character drifting into one situation then another, very superficial like the lifestyle he is leading so in a way I think that was purposefully done, I personally like a more thought provoking read but still enjoyed it.
