I personally enjoyed this book. I wish it were a little longer but for a quick and easy read it is enjoyable. Really tugs at your heart and makes you want more. Thumbs up

Amy, Bella, Chloe, Daisy and Emily are all best friends at school. They form this secret club which they call the alphabet girls It's because their first names start with A,B,C,D and E. Daisy, however is the newest of the alphabet girls and she invented the alphabet girls club and it was all her idea. Chloe one of the girls in the alphabet club is really mean, hateful and never seems to care about other people's feelings and go's round spoiling everything. Chloe's best friend is Emily but she is seriously fed up with Chloe and decides to break friends with Chloe and in the end she has Daisy as her best friend. Daisy likes everyone in the alphabet girls club except for Chloe who is mean to everyone in the group particularly Daisy because she thinks she is unfair and comes along and barges in but she doesn't Amy, Bella, Chloe, Daisy and Emily all have sleepovers on their birthdays, their parties include Thier favourite hobbies and interests. When it's Chloe's sleepover party she try's hard not to invite Daisy, when she is handing out the invertations she makes up an excuse why she shoudn't invite Daisy. Amy, Bella and Emily agree it isn't fair. However in the end Daisy does end up going to Chloe's sleepover party but I'm sorry to say Chloe is extra unkind to Daisy at her sleepover party but Daisy just has to be tolerant. Daisy is not sure whether she can have a sleepover party because her sister Lily is mentally and physically disabled. Lily is 11 years old but she behaves like she's Daisy's baby sister but actually she's her big sister. When daisy has a sleepover she's worried about how her friends might react to Lily's behaviour but its all ok in the end.

I wasn't sure if Amy's birthday sleepover was strictly reserved for best friends only. Amy went on talking and talking about her sleepover and how she knew she wasn't going to sleep all night long. Bella teased her because on time when Amy spent the night at Bella's she fell sound asleep at nine o'clock and didn't wake up til nine o'clock the next morning. Chloe said she sometimes didn't go to bed till ever so late, eleven or even twelve at night, so she'd stay awake, no bother. Emily said she always woke up earlier now because her new baby brother started to crying for his bottle at six o'clock every single day. I still didn't say anything. I tried to keep on smiling. Emily looked at me. Then she looked at Amy. ''Hey, Amy. Daisy can come to? can't she? '' Of course.'' said Amy. My mouth smiled until it almost tickled my ears. ''Whoppee!'' I yelled.

I loved the book but it was less interesting than the other books she has written :) I wish she could do a sequel for "MY SISTER JODIE" , since that was the AWESOME book she has written by far :) The part I didn't like for my sister jodie is when she died .. :( terrible ... I started crying!! And what I liked was when her mom gave birth to another child after that :) I seriously don't know what to write about the sleepover, before buying it I wanted to know weather this book will really improve my writing skills or no. But after I read it, I guess it helped in some vocabulary of mine!

When i lifted this book in school i didnt think that it was going to be that great but most of my friends had read it and said it was fantastic because it is about girls in school that all have a sleepover party and then when it comes to daisys birthday she is afraid to have a party because she thinks that her friends will make fun of her disabeled sister but in the end they all have a great time at daisys party. The only negative about the book was that it was very smalll i would have loved it to be longer! a great book and i would recomened it to anybody! :)

i thought this was an amazing book and it is so exciting how a little friendship group is going around and then one anonces that she's havinga sleepover party (Amy)and so they all go and then Bella anonce she's getting a swimming amd a sleepover party and then later the girl called Emily says that she's having a picnic and a sleepover party but Chole keeps on saying how wounderful her party is and then it suddenly come to the time and doesen't invite daisy (the new girl)but everyone says that hey won't go unless daisy is going so Chloe has to invite Chloe and so everyone had a great time but everyone's woundering why i haven't been saying any thything about her seepover the only reason she doesen't say anything is because she has a disabled sister.

I would recommend this book to any1 because it is a fantastic book and I love it when Chloe wet her Pj's and Daisy's sleepover because it shows Chloe not to be nasty to anyone because bad things will happen to her.
I love having sleepovers myself because they are the best things ever I especially love having them for my birthday this book is recommended to anyone 24/7 by me because it is the best book for a child in need of a good laugh and I wouldn't recommend it to boys because they would probably just use it to sabotage their sisters sleepover. Anyone would want to read this and it is for anyone in any mood.

Sleepovers is brilliant (Beccause I love sleepovers myself)! I would recommend it to a frind or a relative. I loved Daisy because she is so funny. The funniest bit was when Cloe wet her Pj's at daisy's House in the night. The author is Jaquline Wilson and Nick Sheratt is illustrator. I would recommend it 5 star myself. I would read it again but I am reading another Jaquline Wilson book called 'The Tracy Baeker Trilogy'. Once again I loved the book and I would rate it 5 star. I loved it.

I just loved it! What a fantastic book Sleepovers by Jacqueline Wilson is to read. Chloe was a real bully the way she called others babies when she was one herself! Daisy was so cool! I wish I was more like her, instead of a big cry baby!!!
