To make the Bush DVD2024 DVD player multi-region do the following:
1. Press open button on the remore control
2. Using the remote, press the buttons 2,8,1,2 (One at a time)
3. Press the Open/Close button on the remote
The best DVD player I have ever used.

Guys , whats happening with this machine ? I've read the multi region hack, it dont work for me , and there certainly isn't no option to play from the box?. But the strange part is, there is hacks for this to play svcd/vcd, but mine plays these straight from the box. Where / what am I doing wrong. Pleeeease help as this is a xmas pressie for family. TIA

I recently bought a bush 2024 dvd player after 1 week I found out it would not play beauty and the beast by disney region 2 I took the player back and they gave me a new 2024 bush to try and it was the same problem again so I tried the disk on a frends samsung this worked ok I then contacted bush they said it looks like the disk has too much information for the player to handle.

I bought this Bush dvd 2024 DVD player at the end of Sept, '02. It plays everything - mp3,r/w cds,etc. My biggest suprise was that it plays rce import dvds (hollowman etc.) with no code required. Picture quality is not bad and you can select it to play import dvds converted to pal (not black and white on older tvs).

Sounds like a load of old tripe to me I bought a Bush 2024 DVD, it won't play matrix, predator, bladeII, but will play collateral damage. All these are region 2. I think Bush is just rubbish as all these play on my mates sony.
