after looking at various car sales groups henson motorgroupe was definitely the cheapest every where else had differences in price of at least £500

As soon as i walked in the showroom before even looking at a car i felt a huge warm welcome and knew i would be looked after i was able to look around cars without somebody standing over me once i did find intrested in a car the staff were so kind and honest!

Bought a mini cooper 3 months ago the car is still the same stunning little car i bought 3 month ago not one issue.

The lads at hensons mainly ramiz give me multiple choices of payment plans they did not make me feel pushed and gave me all the time in the world!

I bought an Astra from them recently, very nice sales person,good deal on finance. even provided a new 1 year MOT with the car.

2 days after i took delivery of the car noticed that the brake light is not working.. Hmm I thought the car just passed an MOT ?

Rang Henson and explained, told nothing to do with them now , passed on to the after sales Dept. person in charge promised to ring back to sort it out.

1 week later i rang them as i still didn't hear from the after sales person, getting no where with these people. decided to get the brake light checked at my local garage, only need a bulb changed.

A small problem , but a nuisance from what is meant to be a reputable dealer. makes me wonder about the caliber of the garage that does their MOTs

I bought a Pergeot 308 1.6 Diesel from Henson Motor Group and the salesman JOHN was brilliant he explained he was new and went thru everything with me if he had any doubts about anything he found out for me and I found his honesty comforting and re-assuring DEFFINATELY RECCOMEND HENSON MOTOTR GROUP TO ANYONE AND JOHN WAS BRILLIANT thanks again !
