I have to say some of the best customer service I've had in a long time! I ordered online an incorrect item so upon realising pboned Silkstream the next day. My call was answered quickly and although it was my error they didn't make a fuss but rather worked with me to source the product I needed. They went the extra mile to make sure I got the correct item by asking me to send in photos of my existing item and then sourced it directly from the manufacturer. They refunded me the price difference as well. I am really happy with their service which stands out as highly professional and personal.

We received a site visit where the operation and advantages were explained in detail, plus a cost estimate for the unit and installation. We were so impressed that we decided to order immediately.

Delivery was on time, and the installation was comp, leted in a very efficient manner. Mr Greg Assemakis of Silkstream is a first class tradesman. I would have no hesitation in recommending Silkstream to anyone.

The unit has worked very well, and it is a great advantage having soft water on tap.
