From time to time I have to sell vehicles on that have been used as company vehicles on my firm. I was after a low millage Toyota Land Cruiser V8 and Samys had one. The vehicle was on Auto Trader which is always my best choice for vehicles. The pictures of the Land Cruiser were very well taken, showing the vehicle off in all of its glory. At the time there was only 4 Land Cruisers for sale in the whole of the UK which met with my Criteria. Samys certainly looked the best. So I emailed them and had a reply back quickly, I arraigned to pop along to have a look and test drive the vehicle. The Sales person I met on the day was Naz. I had previously been looking at Mercedes GL at Mercedes Dealers and it was a refreshing change to not have the Typical sit down at a desk with a over powering sales person drivel on and on about a vehicle. Naz knew all about the vehicle and we had a quick chat and a look at the log book, we then went for a test drive. I was really pleased and had a good chat with Naz on the test drive. We got back and negotiated a deal on the vehicle, I was pleased and collected the Land Cruiser a few days later all Valeted and immaculate. I have now owned the vehicle for about 2 weeks and its perfect. All I'm going to say is don't be put off by the big black gates at the entrance to Samys. They are there to look after their Fantastic Vehicles.

They prepared the car ready for my inspection at the agreed time & date & allowed me to view the car at my own pace alone. I was even asked if I preferred to be left alone. Great customer understanding. Test drive offered & taken with very little fuss. Answered all my questions & explained history of the car backed up with all the paperwork. Car was supplied with new MOT & a fresh service. In my case they had sourced a great (& unusual) car & they knew it so it was made clear right from the start from the very first enquiry phone call that haggling over the price was NOT an option. I respected this & decided after viewing the car that this car was for me so I did the deal at full asking price (that hurt my pride). I now have a great gem of a very well looked after car with just the one owner & a history trail. I fully recommend Sammy's Car Sales as straight talking that has a customer focussed approach. I didn't give them a full five purely because their site is a bit cramped & stock manoeuvrability is awkward causing me concerns after I had to leave this huge car for a week before final collection could be arranged. But overall very happy & a 3 month warranty thrown in as well. I travelled 70 miles for this car being the nearest one I could find for this particular type of car. Well done boys!

I found this car and garage originally via Autotrader. The car was exactly as described in the advert , the price was competitive and the overall experience of dealing with this dealer was extremely positive. They were able to answer all my questions , particularly about the cars history , and the supporting documentation was all there and viewable. I had to travel 100 miles each way to view and test drive the car, but the guys went that 'extra mile' by collecting me from the train station, when I returned a second time to pick up the car ! I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer .

Great people to deal with, the car was even better than they described. I shall buy my next car there and so will my brother who was with me, he was equally impressed.
