I purchased a few items from BirdKids, they do have a lovely range of wooden toys however one item had a big part missing. I didn’t realise until a few months later as it was purchased for a gift. I wrote to BirdKids asking if they could ship the item but they said there was nothing they could do. Won’t be using them again!

Wonderful service. I ordered at 10pm on Wednesday night, adding a note that I would really appreciate getting the terms by the weekend. They were dispatched at 10am the following morning and came the next day in the 1st class post.

Quicker and cheaper than Amazon, and supporting local business; what more can I say. I will certainly shop here again.

I cannot recommend birdkids highly enough. Regular communication and speed of service sets them above and beyond many other online providers.

Bird Mobile looks Beautiful in little boys bedroom and he loves looking at it. Easy to put together and service was second to none. Ordered on Thursday and delivered and set up in bedroom by Saturday afternoon. Very happy and would order from birdkids again.

Birdkids offers an amazing array of Djeco products, my favourite brand for kids toys... The website was easy to use, they also offer the convenience of using Paypal at checkout too! Finally, delivery was quick and products well packaged. All in all, delighted with the experience.

I am from Europe, but not from EU. Because of this fact, I usually have troubles to get some good and cheap internet site for ordering. So, I can say that I am so happy for discovering Birdkids. We love birdkids, we have a slight sonny angel addiction and always buy them from birdkids. They have a big selection of the different series so we can always find the ones we're looking for - Our faves are now the chocolate ones!- We think birdkids must be lucky for us as we even received one of the rare secret angels!

Delivery is always really quick and if there's ever a problem, communication is good. (Something went out of stock just after we placed our order and I was emailed really quick with the offer of a suitable replacement). Super happy and have recommended to friends :)

I love this website, especially for my children's Djeco fix. I always stock up on presents as everything is good value and lovely. Customer service is brilliant, postage is fast. Their choice of items to sell is unusual and last time they beat amazon on price on just about everything. Defintely one of my favourites!
