I had a deliver a couple short of what I ordered and they sorted it out in less than an hour and now they're packing and shipping my missing product. Very pleased.

First time I used frozenmice but what a great company there was a problem with my first order I received an email from them asking if I wanted to have a full refund or to amend the order so I asked the person i dealt with to amend it which he did my mice arrived the next morning still frozen just brilliant

Very impressed with the quality of the frozen mice. Been struggling to find a decent supplier for a while.Tried a couple of other sites but products had always defrosted and were really bad condition. Speed of delivery was very fast, just lost my freezer in recent floods and my snake was just due to be fed, thanks to this company my boy has a full belly tonight due to delivery being with me in less than 24 hours. I have been looking for a reliable source of frozen aquatic food for some time. I was advised about a new range of frozen mysis and when I did a google search, your name came up. One of the huge problems with ordering frozen aquatic food is that most suppliers feel that it is acceptable to feed partially thawed or refrosted food to fish. Its not, and I have spent much time (and money) trialling quite a few online stores and most have failed to deliver food in a perfectly frozen state.
