IQ company
Simple job to unblock my kitchen sink. The 'specialist' came 3 hours late and started sucking with Vacuum Cleaner Henry ! It took him 40 minutes (they charge £60 per hour pro rata + £80 fixed charge) to realise that good old Henry is not going to do the trick. When asked whether his equipment is fit for purpose responded that Plimco is also using Henry and is charging even more money. After hour and a half of useless work he decided that 'he could spend another 3 hours working on my sink but he does not want to waiste my money'. He asked £135 (£20 for acid which he said he used) - plus VAT. Polish plumber had the job done in 15 minutes. Shocking! Would not recommend IQ
