“Fantastic 125 sports motorcycle”

Written on: 01/06/2021 by Jay2008 (1 review written)

This is truly 1 of the best 125 motorcycles I have owned over the past 5yrs. Almost full 15hp water cooled engine which is smooth and extremely lively.cruises easily and comfortably at 60mph with plenty to spare. Nice upright seating position allows long journeys with ease.very little vibration from the engine and pulls nicely through the 5 gears. Nice looking large sports bike too with a good road presence.could be mistaken for a larger cc variant. Quality of fit and finish is very good and… Read Full Review

“Dealim Roadsport 125”

Written on: 02/08/2013

Having just passed my CBT and wanting to get some experince before going for my unrestricted licence, I shopped around for a good 125. Having never hear of a Dealim I was plesently surpirsed at how good this bike is. I bought new and was happy to pay a little extra. The bike is big for a 125. Parked next to a 600 Fazer I found it was very simular and as I am a 6'4" lump, this was good. The quality of the build is also very good. I would have like neater welding in places but overall I… Read Full Review

would £800 be a decent price for a 2015 bike?

“Daelim Roadsport 125”

Written on: 24/06/2011

Brought Dealim Roadsport as need a geared bike to pass test. Bike is great for a 125 and in large enough so that you don't fell cramped at all (i found it a better seating position than GS500 that i took my test on). Looks great and is bigger than most 125 bike so you look and feel good riding it. Handles well has all the things on it you need like a fuel gauge and temp gauge and gets great mpg. Build quality seems good I have had no problems with it at all. This is an ideal bike for getting… Read Full Review

“Daelim is a Korean company, apparently something to do...”

Written on: 16/04/2011 by Kimm742 (34 reviews written)

Daelim is a Korean company, apparently something to do with Kia, and the Roadwin R is a modern sports 125 bristling with desirable features. It has a full sports fairing with twin headlamps and digital/LCD displays including clock, temperature and fuel guages, and speedo and trip meters which can be switched beween MPH and KPH. The engine is a liquid-cooled fuel-injected four-stroke single, with electric start. Add in alloy wheels and disc brakes front and rear, and a box-section frame and… Read Full Review

Kimm742's Response to Kimm742's Review

Well, it had to happen- 2 years later he has passed his test and got a bigger bike. When he parted with the Daelim it was in showroom condition, paintwork deep and lustrous and no corrosion anywhere, and mechanically the same as the day he first got it. He didn't do bad on the part exchange price, either. Not a single problem in those 2 years apart from a new speedo cable, easily obtained and half the price of a cable for a Jap bike. No matter what he progresses onto in the future, I will always have very fond memories of the Daelim. Highly recommended.
