“Wasted Time & Money”

After nearly 12weeks of 2hr lessons, my son had not been taught any manoeuvres, most of the lessons were 7.30am(as that was best time for the instructor), he has now cancelled his lessons and lost interest in learning, no help was offered for the theory test, he was just told to book it, so we have paid out Pounds for him to just drive round and round!!!

So sorry your son didn't enjoy his lessons with our driving instructor. We only wish you had called the office we would've been more than happy and are still more than happy to help as we deal with complaints very seriously, if you could call us to resolve this.

“Listed as covering B24, but told there is no cover ”

Called 18/05/2016 for B24 told no one covers the cover the area at the moment. It is listed as an area that is covered, although it is not. Confusing, remove it from the listed areas covered if it is not covered. This would save time .

“Let down from the start”

As with the previous reviewer, received a disappointing service in Basingstoke. I also received excuses and delays or cancellations (without warning). Arranged my first lesson through the website - couldn't fault that service; I changed my number shortly after booking it and the lady on the customer services helped sort that out quickly. Had to wait out the weekend to speak to the instructor as he was away; spoke to him on the Monday and arranged my assessment lesson for the following Friday. I was left waiting 20 minutes for the instructor without any communication. I only found out he was running late after I called and then texted him to find out whether he was coming. He had a friendly manner and was easy to talk to. As it was an assessment lesson I couldn't gage his teaching style but was happy to continue based on our session. He couldn't fit another lesson in for over a week due to other commitments and he doesn't work weekends. I managed to book in 2 individual lessons and a 4 day semi intensive as well as his time for the test I booked on his suggestion. When my second lesson came around I was again left waiting for half an hour without any prior notice. When we spoke (after I again tried to call and texted to find out if he was coming) he explained he was dealing with a personal situation and that my lesson would have to wait until the following lesson we had booked. I decided to cancel all further lessons, communicated this to him and was surprised at the less than apologetic reply. While I understand that we all have personal situations that arise time to time, as a customer I wouldn't expect a condescending attitude from a service provider. Only reason I didn't give 1 star was because the customer services helped me with the initial arrangement.

“worst driving instructor”

the instructor talks so much and and literally demotivates the pupil and distracts the pupil a lot while driving she is not flexible and not very friendly very rude and harsh

Unfortunately from time to time, personality clashes do happen - if you would like me to look into this further, I would just need a few more details such as your name or the name of the instructor or even the area in that you were taking lessons? Your feedback is extremely valued to us and we pride ourselves on the quality of our instruction (as you can see from the majority of our reviews) and as such would like to look into this further to make sure incidents like this are kept to a minimum but to enable us to improve and look into it we do need just a couple of more details please?
