The sofa bed has been a great purchase for me! The design is beautiful, is really well made. I love the fabric and the combination of colours.

Sofabed are superb company, but unfortunately tuffnells delivery let them down. Tuffnells have no contact, but Sofabed stepped up and a representative was wonderful and manage to sort out tuffnells problem. The driver for tuffnells was great. I feel greedy ceo's of tuffnells making life difficult for all.

I phoned for information about a replacement sofa bed mattress. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what would suit best. He said it was best to order through their website.

I ordered the mattress and he had told me it would arrive in 3 working days.

After lots of searching for replacement sofa bed mattress I decided on sofa bed gallery. It’s always a concern buying online without first having a physical look at what you’re buying. I thought the ultimate pocket spring mattress won over the second choice of the foam mattress by a slight margin. Less than 24 hours after ordering, it was on the sofa bed because of next day free delivery. I couldn’t actually believe delivery would go so smoothly. No one has slept on the mattress yet but it is certainly more comfortable than our last mattress. We bought the double and though slightly bigger than original mattress, it fitted perfectly. I’m aware that a 10/11cm think mattress can’t be expected to be as comfy as a thick normal bed mattress but we’ll get a true opinion in a couple of month when our guests arrive. I’m pleased with the easy ordering, prompt delivery (well protected) and the fit. The comfort of actually sleeping on it still has to be determined but a quick lie on it makes me happy with the purchase so far. Great too that the company has a phone number and someone actually answers and gives pre order guidance. I did see mattresses at a cheaper price but have found you only get what you pay for
