“Speedy patient survey”

I needed to do get a patient survey done in 2 weeks. I called around the various other companies and was told it would take about 2 weeks for me to just get their custom forms! A friend said I should try GP Tools. I downloaded the forms from their site and started handing them out to patients the same day. By the end of the second day I had about 38 completed forms. Our trust has recommended us to use GP Tools for our appraisal and revalidation. I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised. It is easy to use, fast and intuitive. To get started I recommend that you watch the video tutorials. The interface is very clean and clear, and there is no ambiguity as to what you are supposed to to do. This is a new web site started by a doctor for GP colleagues. I have been using it for a few months now and I am really impressed with how easy it is to use. I just log on and write my appraisal thoughts, it also auto saves my work so that I don't lose any information. I have completed my multi source and 360 degree feedback activity using GPtools.
