Needed a reliable car at short notice due to relocation back to the UK from the USA. Saw a decent looking VW Golf on the Bristol Motors website, so got in touch to get further details. Agreed to view the car as soon as I was back in UK, with option to buy straight away-which I did. Really pleased with the service I received, and the car. I've bought cars from them before and never had any problems.

I phoned the Bristol Motor Company to enquire about buying a specific Honda CRV I had seen on their website. They asked me a few questions about exactly what I was looking for, and pointed out another CRV they had in stock for the same price, which might suit me better.

I bought the one they recommended, and love it! They took my Civic in part exchange, and gave me a very fair price for it. They even took part of the console apart to find an earring for me which I had dropped months before.

All in all I found them to be very knowledgable, fair and honest. I've already recommended them to someone else, and wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again.

Purcased my Honda Civic, nothing was too much trouble,very good experience and a pleasure to do business with.My old car was taken in part exchange and I received a fair price for it.It,s a shame not all car dealers are as honest.

Looked on their website found the car we liked phoned in to see the car as we live almost 160 miles (round trip) away and was ask to put deposit of £200 to secure the car. Long story short we've decided not to buy a car but couldn't get £200 deposit back after many emails and threats from dealer warning us about leaving any reviews on any of the websites he decided to take " HIGH MORAL GROUND" and refund the many to us only after we've warned him that we'll take it to small case court. All that hassle over £200 think twice before giving him your £££. See other revies.

Very happy with all aspects of purchasing our first 4 X 4. Right from the start felt was left to browse yet staff were on hand to assist if we needed it. Showing our interest in a Honda CRV and given the keys for a test drive, on our return someone was to hand to give us the detailed history of the vehicle. We part exchanged our old car and was given a fair price for it. The car was ready for collection when agreed and everything requested from the garage at handover was present. Very good service would definitely go back when this car needs updating.

Recently bought honda civic 1.8 2007 plate 50 mileage. The drive is fantastic and touch wood everything seems all gravy. Gent who sold us car was very genuine and did not push the sale annoyingly. Used many garages bit this is up there with the best.

Great car and amazing deal on a PX with my husbands old banger. I'm a really picky person driving 240 miles to see a car previously and not even drive it due to condition. First time on buying through a trader and was really impressed with the information and no pressure approach. Basically saw a car they did not currently have in stock, arranged to see the car the same day it was delivered in which time they where still part the way through the general Heath checks when I arrived (which included changing front and rear disk and pads due to wear) allowing me in to inspect the car while it was being worked on. Cannot rate them highly enough for a dealer. They seem more than happy to help with any issues despite what other reviews have stated. Highly recommend.

For all the other reviews people are so quick to complain when things don't go well, but good news is not often shared in the same ratio.

I bought a VW Jetta from Fishponds Motor Centre last month. The price was extremely competitive, the car was immaculate, full service history (which was backed up by the local VW dealers) and everything that the Dealer Principal promised he would do, he did. He went above and beyond, and customer service like that is hard to come by these days.

I strongly urge you to trust this dealer. I've worked in the motor industry in the past, and I'm aware of the reputation that preceeds a lot of them, for being shifty etc. This garage is NOT shifty. They're 100% honest, reliable, and I would definitely go back again.

I recently bought a Jaguar X Type estate and had it delivered 200 miles at a very reasonable cost. The car was exactly as described and I am delighted with it.

Two weeks later, I noticed a small crack in the windscreen which I admit, being under the wiper base, was easy not to have noticed. They resolved my problem to my complete satisfaction.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these chaps.
