Great Online Shoe Store
I've been shopping with Spartoo for the last few years now (2-3 purchases per year), and I can honestly say this is one of the best online retailers I've used in a long time.
WEBSITE:
I find it very easy to use! Everything on the site is what is in stock, so you don't have to worry about ordering just to find out that they don't have the item. You can search by brand, style, gender, etc., and they also have a wide variety of children's items and handbags. Also, you are prompted to create a customer account, however it is one of the easiest I've encountered.
ORDERING/DELIVERY:
I had no problem with the ordering – you can pay by either debit/credit card or paypal. There are three delivery options, YODEL, UPS, and UPS Express. As the free delivery service is YODEL, I chose that. As soon as I finished my order, I received an email confirmation and another email when my order was shipped with my tracking number. Parcel was received 4 days after ordering date, which was quicker than the 6 delivery days posted on the site.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETURN:
Unfortunately I've had to return a few items in the past, and it's never been a problem. The first time, I called the customer service centre, who responded promptly, and the lady I had on the telephone explained the returns process to me clearly and nicely. They company sends you a pre-paid return label by email and you drop off the parcel at the post. Refund received 2 days after I brought the parcel back to the post office – not bad!
I will definitely continue to use this site in the future!

I've Bought Shoes From Many Websites, But I Honest
I've bought shoes from many websites, but I honestly prefer ordering through this company. This online shoe store offers a wide variety of shoe styles, carries hundreds of well-known brands, but most importantly they have an excellent customer service! They welcome customer feedback, and always reply to their messages. And after each call or message exchange, they check to see if I was satisfied with the customer service representative. Their store policy is also great - Free returns up to 30 days for an exchange or refund, FREE deliveries, etc. Too bad they don't sell clothing too!
