Warning! Do Not Use This Company

Never received item that I had ordered for an upcoming Christening.

Sent several emails of which had no response, rang the number provided, which connects but nobody answers.

Unfortunately I hadn’t read previous reviews of this company before making the mistake of placing an order.

This company should not be allowed to continue trading, an absolute disgrace.

Rubbish

Not happy as item never arrived after I had to message them I got told it was send 2 weeks ago but couldn't be delivered and apparently my item was now out if stock.. I'm guessing my item never been in stock..

Order Not Arrived

I ordered two personalised glass baubles from this company one for me and my husband and one for a friend. The reason for the order was that this time last year we both lost our babies and I wanted something beautiful for us to hang on our tree as a memorial. The anniversary of my friend's baby's death was the 14th and I ordered the baubles on the 4th- I hoped that this would be enough time for them to arrive in order that I could give her one on the anniversary. It is now 20th December and despite phone calls, e mails and contacting the company through their website I have still not received the items and have had no response from the company. Please do not order anything from this website. I have since ordered the same product from a different company. I fear that I will never receive the products or a refund from this one.

Do Not Order From This Company!

I placed an order on 6th Dec, still waiting for it to arrive, account still says its processing.

I have sent numerous emails and tried the contact number provided with no success. My credit card company are now dealing with the matter. Only worry is the picture I emailed to have etched on the crystal!! Absolute joke there just out to conn people out of money by the looks of it!

I have since found another company to supply my gifts hassle free.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Still Not Gifts

I ordered 2 laser keyrings on 13th November. I have still not received them. I have emailed and left messages on a voice mail. I will be reporting this to trading standards if i do not hear within a week.

Still No Gift

Very disapointed I ordered a Xmas bauble on 4 th November. Still not received. They took money out my account . The do not respond to any emails. The phone goes straight through to a answering message. Not a good way to treat customer

I Used Pure Light To Buy A Selection Of Gifts For

I used Pure Light to buy a selection of gifts for my mum on mothers day. She loved the fact that I had gone to the effort of putting together a hamper full of wonderful gifts such as candles, handmade soaps and aromatics all of which were bought from Pure Light. Luckily the delivery of the goods was fast as I had left if late to order to get them in time for mothers day. I will be back ordering for xmas and birthday.

Poor Service And Products Not Delivered!

I ordered my products on the 18th November and money taken straight away, apparently should arrive within 7-10 days, products have still not arrived. Have emailed numerous times with no reply, phoned and left voicemails as phone always turned off, no reply. Terrible service, furious that they don't have the decency to reply. Will be taking this further.

Still Haven't Received My Items

After ordering my products at the beginning of November, the money was deposited from my account and I still havnt received theses items. I have emailed pure light 3 times now and had no response from them what so ever - I have also phoned the number the provided on their contact list and the phone is forever switched off and diverted to voicemail. I will be taking this matter to trading standards and am very disappointed that they didn't even have the decency to reply to my emails or missed call voicemails.
