Terrible, bought books, never arrived ... rang and was told out of stock, basically they were not interested the fact that I was still waiting on my books! So will just do a refund! It sounded like this was common practice there. No communication between buyer and seller at all, only I had paid through paypal I would say I would have been in trouble!

Placed an order and never received. No response to email.

Fortunately PayPal have agreed to give me a refund. Surprisingly PayPal reached this decision after only a few hours of raising my complaint with them.

I stumbled upon plodit.com website by chance when I was searching for a book gift series set for a friends birthday present. It was refreshing to find a website that offered a considerable amount of choice and at a reasonable price. The site allowed me to pay by Paypal so I knew that it was safe to shop on this website. I also learned doing some research on the net that they were also Online Business of the year 2010 for Startup awards. I feel Plodit is an interesting site and no doubt in 2011 we will see it acheive further recognition and status as more and more people shop on Plodit.com.
