Bought an Amarni watch for my son's birthday and it was not keeping time. Sent an email and was advices to return the watch .Watch sent in June and heard nothing.Sent numerous emails and had no replys. They do not have a phone number so you cannot phone them. Watch unexpectedly returned unopened in mid September. Not a company I would ever do business with again.

Is this Company still in business as I am unable to make contact? Mike

I ordered a watch two and a half months ago. I was advised immediately by email that the watch would take up to eight weeks for delivery. I accepted and said I would proceed with the order. So far, so good. Eight weeks came and went, however, and I received no update. I followed up, but received no replies to my emails, no responses to the messages I submitted via the website and the phone number doesn't go through to anyone. I have cancelled my order now.

Have recently returned a watch which was purchased in January 2013 as it was faulty.Sent by tracked Post Office parcel service and have checked that it was delivered. Have heard nothing from the company and all my emails are ignored. Think carefully if you are going to buy from this site. No phone contact you an only email so getting in touch is very difficult

ordered a special present in time for special birthday given up to 10 days delivery. when it was taken out the box the armarni ceramic strap was snapped. I have spent eight hours trying to contact this company via e mail there customer service contact phone number is non existing if you want a phone use a shop because there excellence is not customer service never again what a waste of three hundred and ten pounds beware

After having been put on hold for several month and been promised a later delivery, suddenly the order disappeared from my order status... I've never been notified and nobody cared to answer my inquiries... Miserable customer treatment, no watch, just lost time and hopes - never again !

I ordered an Armani watch on the site for my soon to be daughter in law to give to my son on their wedding day. we ordered on the 8th of April and by the 20th still no watch i have tried phoning but just get a message saying the call cannot be taken have e-mailed to the person that we originally spoke to but after several emails have received no replies. What a let down would not recommend this site to anyone.

I must admit to not normally writing reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received from The Online Watch Company that I felt I had to share my experience. Having shopped around for a while I had decided I wanted an Emporio Armani AR0680 and most shops I had seen it on was looking at paying £229 for one (the RRP they quoted online). At the time they offered the same model for £145, by far the cheapest I could find online. At that point I wasn't in a position to buy and a few weeks later looked again to see they had reduced their price to £130. They had also lowered their RRP to £199. On looking elsewhere it did seem that most high street places were now selling at their price, so I was impressed that they had moved their RRP down rather than claim a higher percentage saving than you were actually getting. I finally got round to ordering one yesterday (Friday approx 14:30). Straight forward process, no hidden costs, free delivery as stated. Looking at their Terms and Conditions I expected to receive this watch within 10 working days. The next day, postman knocks on the door at 9:30 and its in my hands, all boxed up and in the condition you would expect having bought it from a high street shop. Excellent service, I would certainly make The Online Watch Company my first port of call next time I'm in the market for a watch and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Found this website following a google search for a particular watch model for my husband. He had tried the watch on in a popular high street jewellers but we thought it worth checking online before buying to see if we could shave some money off the price tag. This website was by far the cheapest and I am naturally quite sceptical so had a look at a lot of reviews prior to ordering. They were mainly positive with the odd negative reviews from people whose watches were out of stock or delayed and then deadlines were missed (eg birthdays etc). However the watch we wanted was in stock so we ordered. It came the following day via special delivery, well packed, pristine condtion and £150 less than the high street! Would definately recommend and use again.

I am a serving soldier in Afghanistan now, before leaving I ordered a watch for my wife’s 40th Birthday which is a big deal to anyone diary, so I placed my order thinking it would be delivered in their 7 days. Seventh day came and went, I was due to leave so I informed my mother in law to look out for the watch coming, after another 2 weeks and a week before my wife’s birthday I called home and spoke to my mother in law and she informed me it still hadn’t arrived. I then went onto their online chat page giving them all the details they required, then it started excuse after excuse, I was then told they didn’t have the watch in stock and they would have to go to another supplier, to get the watch I wanted. I said do what you need to do, but please make sure it gets to my wife on time!! Well that time has come and gone and still no watch, again I called and again excuse after excuse it’s now D-DAY +3 and still no watch. If I was you and you wanted to buy a watch from a company that deals in time, well I’d look elsewhere because there timekeeping is rubbish. The online watch company thanks for spoiling a special day...
