I had been pretty happy with my flights from NYC to Cape Town to Accra and then back to NYC via Johannesburg all on South African Airlines, especially since I was told that was the best and cheapest way to go. That was until I found out there was a direct flight from Accra back to Washington DC which would have saved us 15 hours of flying time. We ended up traveling for 26 hours on our return as we went from Accra back to Johannesburg and then back to NYC. Had I been given the option I would have bought a cheap flight from DC to NYC. We tried to change the flight but Asap would have charged us over $2,000. No one at the airline could believe that this was our itinerary, and they said the only reason to book it this way was more commission for the travel agent.

I told the agent (Bernadette) that my son was in a wheel chair and would need extra leg space. She not only didn't arrange this but also didn't arrange for a wheelchair to be assisting us. We had never traveled internationally before and didn't know about the difference between economy and economy premium. In fact we didn't even know it existed. We when we arrived at the airport we tried to upgrade and were told that we didn't qualify for an upgrade because of the type of ticket that was sold to us. My son had great difficulty during the flight. I have been trying to arrange for better seating since our arrival in the Philippines and have had no luck speaking with someone who can assist us. I spoke with someone during the night and was told that someone would get back to us but as of this time (12 hours later) I have not heard back from them.

I received a phone call in the early this morning, around 1:00am, from the booking agent. She asked if I would remove this review if they gave me a voucher for our next trip. I explained to her again that this wasn't an issue. This issue being that my son had a very rough trip (as did I) in the seats provided on our trip to the Philippines and we wanted to make arrangements for better seats for the return. She informed me that customer service would hava to handle this matter and I told her again that I had spoken to customer service on several occasions and could get no where with them. She told me that she would look into this further and get back to me. I haven't heard back from her or anyone at ASAP since then. And you would think that they would know where I am and what time it is here. I will update when and if anything else occurs. Watch them tell me there are no seats available to move us into. If they had taken me seriously when we arrived on Dec. 1st this could have already been handled.

Positive: the tickets were a few hundred dollars cheaper than what I found elsewhere. Negative: the ticket protection I was sold (~$100) did not allow me to change my tickets for “FREE” as advertised. Instead, I would have had to pay $800. (I elected not to change them and make the original trip work.)

Asap tickets services had been wonderful! The person I dealt with was very helpful... I had very bad experience with Eastern Southern Airlines.. Flight to the Philippines-left one of my boxes in China even if tag was MNL... waited until 2:30 a.m.to file my complaints/many peoples' baggage were delayed too..(young kids crying. parents yelling, seniors like me in wheelchairs so frustrated and scared.. My younger siblings waited patiently so worried to death that something happened to me because MNL was already literally empty..With God's blessings my 2 boxes delivered to my hometown after 3 days/not damaged, nothing missing! Flight back to America- the plane taxied around in Manila for almost 2 hours, missed my connecting flight to LAX, slept at the CAN airport after cancelling 2nd plane (1st plane assigned : A/C was not working); nobody speaks English at CAN and vendors don't accept US dollars...we had crackers and water for midnight supper. Finally, flight to LAX materialized,Mon. 7/16 they gave me a Delta connecting flight to ATL arriving at 8:25 pm.. bad weather- Delta said it will take a while to unload..about 11:00pm DELTA told us my 2 boxes were left at LAX, got stuff Thurs July 19th Thursday via UPS... at my home NE Georgia.. China Southern Airlines just lost a whole lot of customers... I posted my nightmare on FB,Instagram and Linkein..

After receiving a reservation quote and given the link to make payment it was a long process that I did everything required of me. The representative Jensen kept coming back to me with one more thing I have to do. I found it frustrating with him as his English was very hard to understand. When it came down to the final payment they had added cost to the price quoted, which is very dishonest. I would not recommend ASAP tickets as there are many more companies out there with the same products with much better customer service. I don't think ASAP will be in business much longer with customer service this poor. ENA

Most airlines file their fares with the Airline Tariff Publishing Company and these updates can occur several times a day. In most cases, airlines decrease or increase their seat inventory (and thus the fare availability) through their reservation systems based on many factors like reservation cancellations or load factor on certain flights. We cannot predict the fare value nor can we guarantee that the airlines will not release cheaper seat inventory. I was told 793 but i found out it was not the lowest price available found out another agency could get me $750 feel like you need to do better on your assignments and pricing it cost me $150 more cause of this. Kept telling me they couldn't do any better.

I was looking for the cheapest tickets I could find, asap was offering 360.00 dollar tickets to Frankfurt Germany from Seattle wa. But when I called the agent told me it was for January of 2018 . Said all prices with the Astrik had different details involved. Went back and looked, they all had the astrik . I put my dates in that I wanted and needed, but I've been looking food and on for over a month , from them never get a straight price , called again and each time was way more than advertised . So not happy and won't use them ever . I did not buy a ticket from them and will not . When you put in your dates and information that is when you expect to find flights , not two or three months down the road .

Annoying, after I paid my ticket and sending my confirmation. The costumer services call me after 6 hours asking my bank verification. I never have experienced this type of services.Not highly recommended. poor services

I called today Apr 19 at around 6pm from California and spoke with certain person. I asked about the print ad in Filipino Channel about the promo to Phils and he doesnt know about it for as long as i give and ID Promo number whihc doesnt show in the TV ad. He response to me in a very rude manner. I ask for his real name and he told me and said you can call me that I am the only one by that name here. And he is even laughing while telling me that. What a sarcastic way. Since its my first time to call this ASAP tickets he never give me a feeling that I am a valued customer. Not a single apology was given. He even hanged the phone immediately. I will never recommend this.

My experience was one with many questions. First, my price was supposed to be around $1,100.00 per ticket but they ended up averaging $1,500.00 per ticket. That cost me $800.00 too much. I did enjoy working with him. He seems to be a nice guy. I also appreciated Asiana air lines. They were outstanding. The best service I have ever had, but not worth an extra $800.00, just because some supposed change happened. If I had it to do over I would have done it myself and gotten the same price online. My bad. When we got to the airport, our seats were not together, so my wife had to ride by herself. Once again, I was not happy. While in the Philippines, I contacted him to get this corrected, he could not. Over all, I enjoyed my agent but was very disappointed in the performance of the agency. Will probably not use you again because I really feel I was ripped off by Indian people again. You people really need to get your act together. It is my goal to no longer do business with people from India, even in the states. I plan to avoid their hotels and already avoid their gas stations. All of you seem to be dishonest. This is twice in one year I have been mistreated by people from your country. I am finished doing business with them even if it cost me more. In the long run I will save money. Disappointed again, Ps. I know this is sometime after I ordered the tickets, but you really cannot determine how well the job is done until the trip is finished.

I have used ASAP for a few years. They generally have competitive pricing and good service when purchasing your ticket. As long as your flight goes as planned and is not interrupted, in any way by weather or any other crisis, they are okay. If there is an interruption in your flight schedule, and you contact them for help, especially on the weekends, DO NOT count on getting a hold of anyone. They seem to have little to no help on the weekends. I ran into issues where my flight was re-scheduled due to the weather, and even despite me calling and yes even emailing them to make sure my return flight would not be affected because of this re-schedule, my return flight got cancelled. I was left stranded on my return international flight, and even with me calling from the airport pleading for help, they did not resolve the issue. I have yet to receive any kind of compensation for the ordeal I went through. I would advice caution when dealing with them.

You do a search and about 10 selected travel agencies show up and you are only allowed to pick 4 of all to get quotes and to try and navigate around is so time consuming. Not worth the time for the little savings.

The flights to Nigeria are never the actual displayed prices. The customer service reps for Nigeria travel are very rude except for one. Policies are not explained and are all over the places.

an agent helped me to get ticket, he helped me alright which is I get anyway to regular travel agency, I asked him if he can get me free tour or free accomodation while staying 9 hrs at the Korean air, and he said he will try to find out AFTER I BOUGHT THE TICKET of course. I e-mailed him twice, did not get any answer.,It doesn't matter if he can get me or not at least e-mail me back and let me know.I will not recommend this to my friend and never buy ticket to this website anymore.

Should not have been so hard to get a ticket. I would suggest that it is done through the computer and not have to talk to an agent.. It's almost a week and still haven't recieved confirmation of my ticket.
