Want A Superb Web Host ?

We were hacked 1 week ago we found them extremely friendly, patent & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble even over a weekend ! They got us going very efficiently

Superb Customer Service

The basics of ££ for package is reasonable.

Not bargain basement, but still affordable for what it is.

What really does it for ariotek though is their customer service.

They employ knowledgeable specialists who are helpful and personable.

People who actually read what you have to say and ask questions

and get things fixed, rather than teflon shouldering it or being unavailable.

They understand when stuff is important, even when it's not their

fault you're having a problem, and they treat you like an intelligent human being.

Not patronising, and not over tech, they know their stuff and are good with people.

Personally I really like that i tend to get the same specialist most of the time too, there are others there, but consistency of support helps you get to the answers faster too.

Closing Reseller Hosting After Eight Years

After quite a few years using Ariotek's reseller hosting services, the time came to retire and move on to other things. In order to do that, I had to arrange for each of my customers to move from my reseller account to individual cloud hosting accounts of their own.

Ariotek's support function dealt with each move very professionally and although there were quite a few accounts to move, they all went very smoothly with no interruption to anyone's service.

The end result was that I have my own cloud hosting area and each of my customers now has a similar cloud hosting service of their own. Ariotek's different cloud hosting accounts allowed each of my customers to select the level of hosting that suited their website requirements at very good price points.

Over the years, Ariotek has delivered excellent service reliability and it has been a pleasure to watch them grow in sophistication up to the present day, where they can offer very a very flexible and reliable service. I would recommend Ariotek wholeheartedly to anyone looking for domain hosting services.

Support from Ariotek is outstanding. To be able to sit and chat to somebody over the phone while they are remotely logged into my computer helping me solve another mess of my own doing is the reason why I will never need to move away from them.

Ariotek support help me quickly and at a level which I can understand. They don't make me feel stupid for asking silly questions or like an idiot when I make a silly mistake. Breath Of Fresh Air

I was a long standing customer of webmania (now yorhost) for almost 6 full years. The first 5 years with them were fine without any major issues. The last year with webmania has been a complete nightmare. Having lost 2 of my .com domains with webmaina even after paying to have them renewed I was resigned to losing the rest of my domains and my site. After a bit of research I came across a forum post on another webhosts site offering help to people struggling with sites hosted at webmania, with nothing to lose I decided to act upon this forum post and contacted the support team at Ariotek. Im glad I did!. Not only did they help save the rest of my domains but they moved my site across to their own servers and set everything back up for me and I've had no problems since. 7 months and counting without any further problems. Fantastic!

My Two Websites Are At Ariotek And I Am Currently

My two websites are at ariotek and i am currently building my third. I have to say i have been very happy with the service i get from them right from the start. Support is really good and always very fast if i ever have any problems no matter how small i know i can get an answer really quickly. I want to say thanks to Colin for his recent help with transfering my domains for me after i tried myself and messed it up.

I Am A Graphic Design Student And Part Time Web D

I am a graphic design student and part time web designer and I have 12 websites with Ariotek at the moment.

I had my own website hosted with another webhost for almost 3 years and was content with the level of service I was getting.

When I started building websites for other people I realised that the level of support I was getting from my old web host was simply not good enough.

My customers would email me with a problem and I would email my web host and wait for a response.

I didn't mind waiting 48 hours for a response when it was just a question I was asking my web host but when it was a question my customers were asking, through me, the 48 hours per response reflected badly on myself.

I spoke with a teacher at my college who pointed out that our college website was hosted by Ariotek.

I had never heard of Ariotek before so I had a flick through their web site and decided to buy a basic hosting package from them and move my personal website across to them to test them out.

It was very obvious very quickly that I had made the correct decision. The pages on my site loaded much quicker and my outlook no longer took an age to connect when it was receving mail.

I made up a couple of support tickets to test how quick the response was and it was in MINUTES not days. At one point a support email I had open actually felt like I was having a live conversation.

I moved the rest of my customers sites a few weeks later and have been with Ariotek ever since. 5 Stars is simply not enough. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I Had Ariotek Recommended To Me By A Friend After

I had Ariotek recommended to me by a friend after leaving another host which had been my 4th in as many years. I didn't expect much as their prices were above average until I noticed that all servers are hosted in the UK. This made a difference to me for speed and SEO for my website which sells predominately to the UK market.

Setup took less than 5 minutes(ecommerce account) and had my site transferred and working with a couple of hours thanks to the Ariotek support who managed to transfer the database for me(which they did not charge for).

I have been with them now for 5 months and its probably the best investment I have made in my business. So far 100% uptime, excellent support and have found their forums very helpful with moderators and users more than willing to help.

I would recommend Ariotek to anyone that requires a fast, reliable and secure website.
