Wish I'd read these reviews earlier (apart from the fairly obvious shill at the bottom). They took the money (two weeks ago) and didn't provide an unlock code, just as described below. They haven't responded to any messages since the money changed hands. Scam. Don't buy.

The Company Charged Uk £39 And Provided No S
The company charged UK £39 and provided no service whatsoever. Even though an unlock is guaranteed within 48 hours, after 8 days there is still no unlock. Before I ordered the unlock my questions were answered promptly (apparently an AT&T unlock is provided through NCK brute force), now my support emails and phone calls are no longer answered however ofter I try. Unfortunatelly a total nap. Ordering the many back over the credit card company is the only way to deal with it.

Although They Advertise An Unlock Service With Som
Although they advertise an UnLock service with some free apps (tethering, VM over 3G for iPhone, etc.) and claim it works for iOS4.3 and doesn't require a jailbreak. In reality, they only work up to iOS4.2.1, they do require a jailbreak and they never sent the UnLock code (9 days and counting). The jailbreak stuff comes through same day, but that's not what I ordered (I specifically went for this because it claims that you don't need a jailbreak). And good jailbreaks are available for free. The steps walk you through a process that doesn't work (I am an IT admin, believe me, it doesn't work). The last step says to wait for the UnLock code, but they never send it. They haven't replied to any inquiries (though they were made through the official pay-to-play phone channel and their website's e-mail service). I'd have to say it's either fraud or gross incompetence. To get a refund from their "100% satisfaction guarantee", you have to send your phone to them - at your own expense (it's all in the terms and conditions). If they can't answer the phone, there's little chance of ever seeing your phone again. What next, send us your car keys and we'll return the phone?
The best way to get a refund is to reverse the payment through your credit card company. There's a small fee, but this is the only way. You'll note this company doesn't accept PayPal or Amex, that's because they both have good refund policies and - I suspect - all sales through those payment systems get reversed.
Any positive reviews of this company smell of shill. In my experience, 3 calls and 4 e-mails have been completely ignored. So I have reversed the payment. Seriously poor service and no product. Don't be suckered into thinking that paying that little extra for the same service that you can get elsewhere means that you are getting something extra or any guarantee. You're simply being ripped off at a faster rate.
If you just want to UnLock your phone, contact your provider. They are now obliged to provide it. As a business model, doing this for people might have some added value; however, taking the money for nothing is where it fails.
