I brought a conservatory some time in may ,haveing said would be summer project it was put into storage When i did , start to build it I found . keys were missing to doors,Found a very igrorant man on the end of the help line When i got to the stage of been able to open doors ,I found the Left hand set of hinges . were fixed 10mm lower than the right hand side makeing it difficult to open List of missing parts Roof bar end caps Gutter stopped ends Gutter running outlet The list goes on

I have been in contact with Centurion for some months now getting quotes for a DIY build conservatory. I have made a number of changes to the original quotation and always received a prompt response including revised price and drawings. I had been very impressed with the response and what I read about the company online and noted from their brochure that they offered site visits. I decided to visit the company to see first-hand what the quality of the windows and roof were like. After being given a very interesting tour by Julie, I had no hesitation in placing my order. I made a couple of small changes and the necessary paperwork was promptly finalised before I left. I am now looking forward to the conservatory arriving and am hopeful that the very high level of customer service received to date, continues.

I have had a number of problems and still am having problems mainly the Rakes for the roof not all the same size out of shape unable to fit roof when do the problems end? Order Ref:CEN04075 12/07/2012 and still not built. Keith.

We had a conservatorie 5 years ago. Everything was supplied correct on the date stated. The coustomer service from Debbie was excellent. The quailty was of a very high standard. It is now 5 years old and still looks new. We have had no problems since i fitted it. It was simple to fit from the instructions.

We have just placed our second order with Centurion. The ordering is easy and they respond immediately to any queries, no talking to machines here! I contacted Centurion DIY Conservatories for more information on building my own, They were very competitive on price and the service was great. I purchased an Edwardian Style Conservatory from them.

It was easy to assemble once the ground works had been done. you have a step by step guide, which is easy to read.

They are even on hand if you need a bit off help over the phone. and there website is very informative.

I wood definitly reccommend them to anyone who is looking at buying a conservatory if the future.

Great on-line quote service, genuine Offers with no hidden extras, all designs and base specifications arrived by e-mail and post (hard copy) on time and accurate to order. I Changed one widow position and the design was re-worked and sent out within days at no extra cost.
The conservatory was delivered within four weeks to our agreed delivery date, every item was well wrapped and easily identified, the driver was very helpful but need assistance to unload, no problem for me but worth noting.
All items were present, the instructions were clear and well explained, the conservatory was completed within three days by a complete novice!
The only problem I en-counted was finding a 4mm drill bit for the pilot holes which was long enough. Perhaps the company could offer these as a had-on sale as standard DIY shops did not stock the item.
I would recommend the company and product and use again without a second thought, the conservatory has survived its first winter and heavy snowfall without problems or the slightest leak!
