Bristol, Valet Parking

This bunch of sham artists were late collecting my car. When they returned it a week later, late again, the car was is a disgusting condition. It was filthy and the inside drivers side was covered in dried mud. There was damage to one of the wheels.

Howdo these guys like this still operate. Have reported this to Bristol airport. DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Left our £40k car with them for five days dec 2015, on drop off an employee maybe even the owner greeted us stinking of cigarettes with the largest mud covered steel toe cap boots I've ever seen, they confused the pick-up with the wrong dates so obviously was already questioning the professionalism of this company. First day tracking company rings me to notify me that my car was locked alarmed with a window open immediately text, email'd and Facebook messaged the company to ask them to check never even had the deceneny to reply or to even shut the window! On the fourth phone call from the tracking company I requested a GPS point on the car only to be absolutely shocked to find the car parked on a residential street in Yatton, I immediately questioned the company via email 'no reply'. On collection I questioned the small over weight employee that delivered my car back about the issues only to be told that I should have notified them the car had a tracker......moral of the story notify them that your car has a tracker and they might not take the risk of parking the car on a residential street. If flying from Bristol pay the extra and park in a secured Carpark knowing your car is safe and covered by cctv or save yourself a fourtune park your car at 64 chescombe road yatton like they did mine and get a taxi for £7 to the airport!

www.bvpbristolairportparking.com is the website and these guys cannot be faulted , we've used most of the companies at Bristol and with some bad experiences, but finding this company we are over the moon , they even get you bread , milk , fuel . i think i could of given them a shopping list and they would of got it , 5 star treatment all the way . met at airport with no delay , not like when we used wcp , and the car was there when we got back into Bristol. has anyone else used this company ? and what was your experience , was it just a one off or are they realy that good ???????
