Took a deposit then refused to give it back, had my number blocked. Who do they think they are taking peoples money? And the cars are so bad.

I Bought A Second Hand Car From Them, Low Mileage,
I bought a second hand car from them, low mileage, low price, it had no MOT & several obvious faults, dud batttery, broken rear spring, roll bar bushes gone etc. They assured me they would put them all right & get it through an MOT. On collection, they gave me a new MOT, but driving home it was obvious nothing had been put right. I reported the MOT station for incorrectly issuing the MOT, did £450 worth of repairs to get it through another (proper) test. MCC - to be avoided.
same thing for me. only has cost me £6500 so far. am trying to take them to court but they have dissapeared but will keep trying. same thing though, bent MOT and so many breakdowns and faults.
The same thing happened to me.Illeagal MOT and major faults and eventually cost me £6,500 to put right . I took them to court but they have dissappeared.
