This company is 68 miles from where I live so I did a deal over the phone with them. I gave them my current car details, and as my car was worth more than the one I was buying they agreed to give me cashback. On collection day my wife and I took the day off work to pick up the car. On arrival at the showroom the salesman tried to accuse me of misleading him. He claimed I told him my car was diesel when in fact it was a petrol (meaning my car was worth less). I never mislead him in any way. In fact being a main Kia dealer my registration number cross checked with their database would have given them the correct details. Also, when doing the HPI check against my car would equally have thrown up my correct car details. The dealership simply wanted me to forfeit my deposit and cashback to get more money out of me. It was a very shoddy experience indeed. I would never go back to them. They give car dealers a bad name.
