I ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE ITEMS WERE NEVER SENT!

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY

I ordered from them two weeks ago. The items never turned up, the order status on the website says 'Awaiting payment' yet the money has been taken from my bank. No working phone number to speak to someone and no response to my emails. Avoid at all costs.

i tried calling them and there phone lines do not work, and they do not answer any emails.

Ordered one item over a month ago and still have not received it.

I have sent them three emails asking where my order is, none of which have been replied to! Do not use.

I ordered from ukweddingshop.co.uk on 30th july 2012, On 2nd Aug 2012 i had an email from them saying awaiting shipment. I emailed them on 9th Aug 2012 and asked where is was due to it "awaiting shipment" i didnt think it would take so long to just stick it in the post! i had a reply saying expect delivery by the saturday, Saturday came... No parcel so i gave them a ring on the monday 13th, i started at 4pm as they shut a 5pm, it was busy so i tried again at 4.30pm and it rang for about 10min before it cut me off so again i redialed, it rang before i got cut off. At this point i was very mad as the money of £33 had been taken out of my account! it was not 4.40pm and rang straight back after getting cut off for the second time, this time it was busy and stayed busy till at least 5.05pm i stopped trying after that as to me it seemed like they got fed up of the constant ringing and left the phone off the hook!. My boyfriend tried the next day and managed to get through, they said the product had only came out of the oven yesterday and was being shipped today (14th Aug 2012)even though they said it was ment to be with me last saturday??? and the email i got on the 2nd saying it was awaiting shipment??? SO as it says on there website once you have the email of it being shipped it will take 1-3 working days, they sent it tuesday so friday was the 3rd day. Guess what?? nothing so i did the online chat on 17th aug 2012 and asked where it was and for my tracking number they said its with royal mail and should be there saturday i asked what if it wasnt? she said i will ring you monday at 4.30pm to see if you have recieved them. again saturday came and went still nothing!!! So if they do not arrive tommorrow i shall cancel the order and go somewhere else. and after reading what they are like whats the chance of them phoneing me tomorrow?as if they will... If only i had read the reviews before buying. by the sounds of it they only good they do is spoil weddings Please do not buy anything from these people you will only regret it!

Ordered some wedding socks.

All arrived quickly. Well Packaged.

I placed an order in December which never arrived, I've been promised a refund 3 times which has never materialised. It is near on impossible to get in touch with them. At one point I managaed to get through to them on the phone and the staff member placed the receiver on the side and ignored me. The live chat service is touch and go and emails are never answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are crooks!!!!!!

I ordered some Mr & Mrs rock sweets as favors for my wedding and after 10 days they had not been delivered but my bank account had been debited for them.

I emailed them to chase them up but I did not get any reply so I called them and spoke to a lady on the phone who said the parcel was stuck within Royal Mail and she said she would despatch a second consignment as I hadn't received the first. She assured me I would have them in time for my wedding. Another week went by and the sweets were not delivered so I emailed them and received no response and could not get through to anyone on the phone as the line was permantly engaged.

My wedding and honeymoon came and went and after a month I still do not have the sweets I ordered and paid for. They do not reply to emails.

The payment for them went through PayPal but I did not use a PayPal account when paying for them - BUT - to lodge a dispute with PayPal to get the money back you have to do it via a PayPal account which is not helpful if you didn't use one for the payment transaction. I have been conned out of £16!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM www.ukweddingshop.co.uk - you have been warned!

I ordered some gold sparklers as favours for my wedding. They promptly sent silver ones. No worries, I though to myself, I resealed the parcel and put in straight back in the post, to the returns address. At the same time I sent a polite email letting them know that the items were on their way back and that I would like the correct gold sparklers to be sent out instead. No reply. After 3 working days, I phoned them to see if they received the parcel and got my email but no one answered. I emailed again at 5 working days, no response. It's now been 8 working days since they received the item back, I still haven't received correspondence from anyone, they still have my money and have not sent the correct items. I have called again today and tried to use their liveperson chat but no one answered. Just a simple phone call or email to let me know what was happening would have prevented this review. I have now had to open a claim against them via paypal who I thankfully used. I hope to get my money back in a few weeks but will be out of pocket while I buy my wedding favours from someone else in the meantime.

The place cards I ordered on Monday arrived today so very pleased with the service. The place cards are good quality for the price I paid so happy with that too. Good shop to buy from, excellent selection to choose from.
