Just bought a used car from this company and what a pleasurable experience it was! The advisor's knowledge was excellent , he was professional, honest and made changing cars completely painless. Would have no hesitation using this company again or recommending it to others.

Excellent Dealership. Excellent Service received everytime. No query too big in aftersales, really chuffed with the purchase of our S-Max and would without a doubt recommend to anyone.

Bought a car from Sinclair Direct - should have realised something was wrong when it hadn't been serviced which had been agreed as part of the deal. I was told it had had a 60 point check instead - but oil was empty so don't believe it had had any checks at all.

It failed to start next day so was towed back for three days. Nothing fixed but car given back. Failed to start the same day so was sent back again. After two days nothing fixed and I was told they 'are busy'.

Complained to director who made me feel I was a nuisance so when he offered a refund I said yes.

Now still waiting for refund. They have the car and the money. Worst customer service ever.

I would never buy from them again. I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable for expecting the car to start. No-one there cared at all.
