Heathrow - Secure Park

Just don't do it. Damaged my car whilst in storage and denied everything. Won't reply to correspondence, and watch out for their T's&C's - if they damage your car they say they are not responsible!

Booked this parking well in advance for a good price, rang as requested to advise 15 minutes to our arrival at T5 car park pick up point - had to wait 15 minutes for driver to come to 'meet' to collect our car .... not too bad I suppose.

HOWEVER, on our return we rang as instructed when we had our baggage and were told 25/30 minutes wait for delivery of our car. Had to ring several times after the half hour was up, each time to be told driver was 5 minutes away .... eventually turned up after 1hr 25mins with THE WRONG CAR!!!!!! Totally unacceptable!

All together it took two hours from our initial phone call to get our car back, definitely not what you need after a long-haul overnight flight ... very disappointing, we do not recommend this company. Price was good, but worth paying a bit more for better service elsewhere.

I urge you not to use this company! We are still waiting for our car to be returned to us 1 hour and 20 minutes later. They have fobbed us off and not called us back when they were supposed to. Definitely not what you need after a long flight. Even when we dropped our vehicle iff we had to wait 40 minutes for the driver to meet us ( good job we arrived in plenty of time for our flight). Shoddy people who clearly do not know what they are doing!

Arrived at Heathrow T4 to find that no one was there to meet and greet. Came across another passenger in the same situation. Ended up having to park in short term parking at great expense or miss my flight. Eventually a driver called me about 30 minutes later than scheduled meeting time. Called Heathrow Secure Parking and told them not to charge me. They said someone from their customer team would call me back. Of course, they never did and I was charged the full amount. I now can't get hold of them to complain. I can only describe this as theft and will take matters further. Don't use this company however cheap they claim to be.

Excellent service, very convenient and if booked in advance a very competitive price. You just turn up at their little office at the end of the very right lane in front of departures - fill in some papers, drop off the keys and off you go. Your car is then waiting on the ground floor of the car park - pick the keys from their office there and you are off. Really great.

Please read all of this review it will save you money. I used heathrow secure park ltd leaving my Ford Mondeo with them on the 26th October when it was returned to me on the 2nd November i pointed out to the driver it had damage so i took a picture. He told me that they took photos of all cars when they arrive which was great news for me as it would show no damage at the time of delivery, since then i have learned they do a condition report and no photos either way i have not signed and paperwork to the condition of the car when delivered. I have asked for this report but still no reply. I have phoned them several times each day since and sent emails without any reply. I found them on facebook and posted on their page, i had a reply within 2 minutes, they said they would email me the condition report but as expected nothing at all from them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..

Did a lot of research last month got a brilliant deal with Heathrow Secure Park. 1 week for just £55. I am really impressed with the service. Polite operators and Uniformed drivers. I used to pay more to purple parking for the same service. brilliant had no problems will definitely be using them again.

We also had a horrific experience with this company - our car arrived back 45 mins late with a huge hole in the back of our drivers seat where it had been rammed so far back it had hit the isofix base for our baby seat, and a discarded empty lucozade bottle on the back seat. After 3 weeks of daily calls, fob offs and promises of a cheque refund for the parking fee (they are not accepting liability for the damage to our car because we didn't notice it until we got home aft returning the seat to the correct position so they are covered by their terms and conditions) I have given up all hope of seeing any money from them. Airport Parking is a trust based business and after using sores of similar parking companies in the past I can honestly say that this is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you want to avoid a similar experience I would advise you to use another company!

I found the meet and greet service the best i have used i will use it again and recomend my friends to do the same

Was delighted with how pleasant and easy both departure and arrival at Heathrow was made by booking the Meet and Greet service at just over £12 a day. No fuss, no paperwork and just left the keys with the desk captain in Terminal 3 car park before strolling into the departure lounge; on my return, despite a delay of over an hour with the airline and therefore being the last customer of the day, arriving back at 11pm, the desk captain was still patiently on duty and welcomed me back most courteously. My car was ready and I was on the road within minutes. Although I have also used the slightly cheaper courtesy bus service from and to the nearby off-airport car park, not having to ring on landing or wait in the cold for the bus to come was a bonus and I cannot imagine a more pleasant way to park and fly at such a bargain price.
