Purchased a Dimplex BLF50 from ViveDecor and they shipped it out in less then 48 hours. I received it in 4 business days. I also saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing from ViveDecor because all of the other resellers online were selling the same unit for 200-250 dollars more. ViveDecor also offered free shipping and no tax. I must say it was totally worth ordering from ViveDecor

Once they have your money, they neither contact you or inform you of the order status; service is pathetic - it doesn't exist. Trying to reach someone is impossible. DO NOT purchase from this company. I bought a table, and decided to cancel as the order was listed as unavailable for months. They never told me this, but took my money, When I attempted to cancel, they would not contact me. 

Fast Shipping, Great Products, and Low Prices. This is how I would describe ViveDecor.com I am more than pleased with my entire experience. I received my fireplace quickly along with confirmation emails and tracking confirmation emails. Great company to do business with.

I searched the web for a sanus JFV65EB1 tv stand. I located Vivedecor.com and they had the lowest price on the web. They also offered free shipping and no sales tax on all orders. I placed my order and I was beyond surprised when I received tracking information the same day I ordered it. I received my unit in perfect condition. Fedex freight delivered it in just 3 days and contacted me ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. I am very please with my experience at vivedecor.com and I plan on shopping here again in the future.

HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days.

After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager.

After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change.

Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me.

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

I have gotten a lot of my furniture at Vivedecor.com I also got a beautiful crib for my grandbaby when I received custody of him. One of the parts were missing from the shipment and they were so concerned they sent it twice and gave me a credit for the trouble. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this store. I have gotten a couple of things I did not like but have not sent back because the return process tends to be a hassle...

Vivedecor is an Awesome site for finding big ticket items. We bought a bed through them. It arrived well, was put together easily enough, looks great, and was an easy price. I ecspecially like that they offer customer reviews on items. It makes it easier to find the better quality items. Yeah, being a low price site they will offer some items that aren't great quality but, you have to expect that to happen at discount stores. When it happens then return and make sure to leave feedback so others will know better. It does stink that they sell out of items fast but, again they are offering good deals on the web and tons of people love great deals. Also you are looking at that they are getting these items from warehouses that couldn't sell or had them left over, so Overstock is getting a limited quantity. An overall great site to work with and I highly recommend.

Great website to shop online at, great selection of furniture and electric

fireplaces. I ordered a few items from vivedecor and they have always taken

care of me. I enjoy working with these people they really treat you like

the customer, unlike some of the other online resellers out there. I can

vouch for Vive since I have ordered more than 3 items from them and never

had a single issue.

This was a Painless Transaction, I ordered a Classic Flame Grand Canyon Stacked Stone Electric Fireplace very surprised at how quickly the product arrived here. It was a very heavy and large item to ship and it still arrived quickly with FEDEX Freight. I had to sign for the goods and they were in great shape. The boxes were packed very well. The entire deal was painless and a lot easier than getting in my vehicle and driving to a local retail store to try and find what I want and then pay more for it plus pay sales tax and then figure out how to pick it up since I do not own a truck. Retail stores are a headache in my eyes, and online shopping with an honorable and respectful company like ViveDecor is simply a dream
