We've been using this software for a few years now and would recommend it to anyone who needs a similar program. There are many other companies like this on the Internet is always very hard to make your choice, however we are recommended his company by a dear friend and are very happy that we chose the software. Communication was great and customer support exceeded our expectations.

Recently bought office for windows by mistake instead of office for Mac, from S4S. Microsoft offer free returns within 14 days if you order incorrectly. S4S asked me to put request in writing for a refund so I could re-order. No reply despite chasing for 2 weeks then flat out refused to refund saying their agreement with Microsoft would not allow refunds for downloads even fhough I had not downloaded yet.

Terrible approach to customers. I will not use this company again

After paying for a really expensive mac software package with delivery being promised in 3-5 days, it is currently 4 weeks and counting and no sign of it yet. Email them and they don't respond. Email them and ask for your money back and they don't respond. Call them and they promise to look into it and get back to you; they don't do either. That's if you can get through. Their telephone system is a mess and regularly just has a recorded message saying there's no means to get in touch with them except email, and they're all ignored. Called them again and they say the Royal Mail has not delivered the package and they'll send another straight away and email that they've done it, but they don't do either. Called them again and asked what the hell is going on and they promise to call back; you guessed it; they don't ever call you. Call again and they'll promise to send it out next week. What do you think? I think the small claims court is your next option. If you can get your software elsewhere, do so. I would never use this shambolic set of amateurs again.

Have purchased MS Office from here before (without issue), MS Office delivered on cd ok. This time was emailed a code to use when downloading the software but it didn't work. After repeated phone calls to both Software4students and Microsoft we were still unable to complete the download. Asked for a refund and they refused. Awful customer service - I guess you get what you pay for. Will not use them again.

I have used software4students for years, I had a problem on Friday night and needed to reinstall office after wiping my machine but could not find my downloads!! I was expecting to be without office all weekend and had assignments to do but I got a nice surprise from Desmond who fixed my downloads on Saturday morning! Office now working, great customer support even though it is after you have given them your money LOL

These guys are good. I bought an educational version of Office for my son from them and the purchase was quick, and downloading the software quick and easy.

When there was a misunderstanding about a free upgrade to Office 2013 and I complained to Microsoft, Microsoft themselves were typically brutal and awful. S4S on the other hand, with a bit of persistence on my part, were very understanding and helpful, and sorted the problem out quickly.

I'll buy from them again, and probably quite soon!

I had problems with Office, having upgraded to Windows 8. Software4students were quick to find the issue, and help me to solve it. Great service!

I purchased the full version of Office 2010 last year and was impressed with the service I received. Then disaster! My laptop died this summer and had to be rebuilt. I realised that I had lost Microsoft Office. I contacted Software4students and they told me how to download it again. prompt replies to my emails and straight forward instructions. Alan was really helpful. As a teacher I rely on using Office. Thank you so much for your help!
