I Stayed At The Travelodge Studio Way Borehamwood

I stayed at the Travelodge studio way Borehamwood Herts, just after it had been purchassed by travelodge,it was owned by Inn Keepers Lodge and was tip top,

I have complained to travelodge but from there answer that came this morning they did not or have not listened to any thing I said

on arrivel at the lodge it had a very cold feel about it,i had booked room 208 as it was on the back of the lodge and was away from street lighting and noise, on entering the room there was no chair to sit on and no tv remote I thought about it for a while and went to the front desk and complained, i was moved to room 220 just down the corridor wel talk about out of the frying pan and in to the fire, the room was stone cold but i had to get to work and left returning at 00.30 the rad was luke warm and it had no thurmo static valve and strait to bed,

at 01.30 am I was so cold that I had to get up and put on track bottoms and a tee shirt, but in the morning whilst I was on the loo there was no toilet paper good job i had a pack of kleenex yes I Made a complaint when I left and was promised a phone from the manager on friday 3rd December 2010 it is now 5th January 2011 I am still waiting Beware beware do not stay at travelodge studio way Borehamwood Herts it is not even fit as a pet hotel bring back Inn Keeper Lodge
