She has been cleaning my place for the past couple of months and has done an excellent job. She’s punctual, flexible, tidy, and very considerate of my needs. The company has also been great — responsive and accommodating, especially when I’ve needed to make changes to my cleaning arrangements. Highly recommended.

She turned what felt like a daunting task into a genuinely pleasant experience. She did an amazing job—the room is spotless. From start to finish her communication and effort were exceptional. She’s friendly, professional, and easy to be around. As a first-time customer, I’ll definitely be booking her again.

We have had cleaners for the past 40 years, having recently moved to the area we thought we would request a trial clean with Maid2Clean who advertised high rated reviews. Having discussed our needs it was agreed we would have what was described by the company as a "blitz"! The cost was to be in excess of £90 but if satisfactory we would consider a regular clean.

All correspondence leading up to the visit was positive. On the day, the cleaner arrived 1 1/2 hours late, seemed lethargic and only covered part of the rooms requested. On checking we found the level of cleaning inadequate, piles of dust/cobwebs left in corners and behind furniture, washbasins left smeary and plugs holes grimy to name but a few observations. The overall effect was one of inattention to detail or effort to clean anything adequately.

When reporting back to the office we were told that extra work could be provided to address our issues but we would have to pay the normal hourly rate - generously they we forego the £40 Admin fee!

In summary, very poor service, compounded by totally inadequate response to our complaint.
