She has been coming to clean our house once a fortnight for about 4 months now. She is incredibly reliable and always cleans to a very high level. She communicates clearly about any issues and responds well to any feedback. I have a chronic health condition and couldn't manage when we moved to a new house, and having a cleaner has really helped take the weight off my shoulders. She is also just a lovely person and gets on well with our cats, which was something we were worried about!
