I placed an order with this company two days ago and have since received three identical emails confirming my order but no despatch note. I tried calling several times this morning following receipt of the third email and eventually got through to a very rude little man who, whilst agreeing that their system had a glitch which had sent out the wrong emails, went on to accuse me of costing them money because, not knowing that the goods had been despatched, I wasn't in to receive them! Apparently, with this outfit, you are supposed to sit in each day waiting for a delivery that they don't tell you is on its way. I've now had an email cancelling my order so my advice to anyone out there looking for taps from a reputable online store is....LOOK ELSEWHERE because if this is the sort of service you get before your goods have been delivered, I dread to think how they handle any latent defects!

Incidentally, I've now found a very similar product elsewhere for nearly half the cost and it comes with double the warranty so even more reason to Shop elsewhere.

I started by buying a chrome corner shower> the ease of assembly was unbelievable and it was extremely sturdy> for this reason we continued shopping with chrome-tapshower and everything we have bought to refit the entire bathroom was of really good quality given that we paid comparatively low money> I believe they are are an honest company selling really good quality items at prices so much less than can be bought from a shop. 100% recommend them> There were no delivery mistakes> We got what was ordered on the day requested every time

I ordered my bath tap late on Friday and it was delivered safely on the following Tuesday afternoon. I am very pleased with the tap - it was good value for money and my plumbers are fitting the tap as I type this. Both they and I were impressed by your service and prices. A very speedy response to my query regarding delivery and the delivery itself. Got the taps in a day and a half. I bought two taps (matching)- one for the bathroom sink and the other for the shower. I needed a specific type of shower/tap mixer for the bath, and didn't find much variety on most sites brought up by Google. Chrome Taps & Showers were brilliant. Lots of variety, good/accurate pictures, reasonable prices and fast delivery. This website was by far the best I found. The website is a bit sparse on information about their refund policy, etc, (not that I need it), but from what I gather is a relatively new website/business, I am very impressed and would most definitely recommend to friends and use again my self. (Might be looking for kitchen taps soon!)
