I have telephoned Healthy Peach on a number of times but they do not answer their telephone, nor do they reply to emails. I am still waiting for the vitamins I have ordered from them. Their prices are good, however, I still did not receive the items I have ordered.

I ordered a pack of protein bars (sci mx) which I have used for years and which always have a shelf life of between 6-9 months. The ones I received from Active Sports Nutrition had a short date of 6 weeks. The customer service I received around this was of poor quality and I would not use this company again.

Stock availability wrong on website. Order held back because a £5 shaker (out of a £70 order) was out of stock. Rather than send me the order and telephone me, all I got was an email. Not the best customer service with lack of common sense.

I bought a can of Reflex protein, choosing Duo this time for a change. Delivery was quick enough (cost me 2 quid for speed though, whereas competition usually offers Next day for free), but when I opened the product I found it tasted horrible, unlike original Reflex I had been used to. Contacted Active Sports Nutrition immediately, demanding a refund as I was suspecting a counterfeit product, and to their credit they did get back to me the same day. Letter said, however, that this was due to this product being inferior in quality, which was supposedly reflected in price. Now, it cost me 40 pounds delivered to get this 2kg tub, which is NOT by any means a 'cheap' price. When I looked up another supplier I used to use they had the same tub 10 pounds cheaper. Silly me for not checking at once, but I was used to suppliers keeping similar margins and playing it around complimentary items. Well, looks like this is not the case here - WAY much more expensive at ASN, and no mention of what was later identified as 'inferior quality' in description. Complete unwillingness to refund as well.

For the above mentioned reasons I cannot recommend this supplier to anyone. There are better and cheaper options out there, you just need to investigate (not always showing directly in Google price check).

I have used active sports for a couple of month now and the sevice is second to none i order one day and recieve my item the next. The prices are very comptetative what else can i ask for.

I've been using Active Sports Nutrition for over a year now, the main reason is price, I can't find what I use cheaper anywhere else, delivery is quick, good communication via email, and the product is well packaged, the protein I'm using at the moment also comes with a free 100g pot of creatine, hope this offer continues! Great easy to use website and it remembers all my details for future orders which makes ordering very quick.
