Absolutely brilliant I wouldn't go any were else for my glasses now. I was concerned ordering prescription glasses on line however there was always some one there to help. This was really helpful especially how ime not that good on the computer. Customer service is the best ever. Great glasses for a low price. I have had problems with the arm on my glasses twice now,may I add it is nothing to do with the quality it's because I use them for work and Ime very heavy handed. Both times I emailed asking could they repair and it was done very quickly with great service, and prompt communication. Thankyou spex4less you are doing a great job.

I have been a customer off and on for a while now. I have had no problems and OUTSTANDING value. I recently ordered some new spectacles after receiving a new eye test result.I ordered some spectacles from the High Street chain and a "reserve" pair from Spex4less. A while later I was getting headaches and not seeing as well as I expected to so I went back to the High Street chain and got re-tested. There were some errors in the first test so I had to order new spectacles. I went in to the High Street THEN phone specs4 less. They were really helpful asking me to send back the glasses and would alter them to put in the correct lenses to avoid any further problems WHICH WERE NOT of Spex4less's fault. WOW !!! That is customer service.

One of the hinge-joints on my wife's glasses broke recently, possibly because of rough treatment, so I sent them back to Spex4Less in the Friday evening post and asked them if they would repair them. I receved the glasses back on the following Tuesday morning and found that Spex4Less had completely replaced the frame free of charge AND ALSO apologised for the inconvenience - as if the breakage was their fault. Well done Spex4Less - Great customer service.

I judge the value of a commercial company on factors including courteous, speedy and reliable service; quality and range of products and competitive pricing. On all of these criteria, Spex4Less is top notch. For me, the other vital factor is how a company behaves when something occasionally goes wrong – and it will with glasses, however well-made, because they are intrinsically fragile items of kit. I have been a customer of Spex for some years. On each occasion (except once), when something has gone awry, Spex have speedily repaired or replaced the frame free of charge and returned my glasses at their expense to my home in France. The exception was when I accidentally trod on my new glasses, completely destroying the frame. Spex supplied a replacement (expensive titanium) frame at half-price – given that the damage was entirely down to me, I thought that gesture was very generous and much appreciated. Would that I could be as enthusiastic about customer services in my French homeland. Go to Spex for your future glasses – you won’t be disappointed!

“Trustworthy & Outstanding Service”

I was very dubious about their claims of a "full refund" if you are not completely happy, but having read the small print could not see any loopholes so went ahead and placed an order. The three frames I ordered arrived promptly, well packaged and with clear instructions. Unfortunately they did not suit me but included with them was a pre-paid return envelope, so I returned those and ordered 3 more. It's a very simple process. The frames are excellent quality and whenever I telephoned I was dealt with in a friendly, professional and helpful manner. The staff are really nice to talk to and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. Due to a change in circumstances I am not going ahead with new glasses at the moment but I will certainly go to Spex4less when I do. I advised them about this and received an email the next day confirming my full refund was being processed. This is a trustworthy company that offers excellent customer service and quality items. I'm looking forward to dealing with them in the future. I definitely recommend them, you'll be hard pushed to find a better company.

“Unbelievable service”

I purchased 2 pairs of spectacles from Spex4less in 2014. The first pair were prescription sunglasses. Excellent service, the specs were delivered 2 days after placing the order. They fitted perfectly and were optically excellent. Shortly afterwards I purchased a pair of varifocal spectacles and was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I was able to order the specs. Again, delivery was remarkably quick (less than half the time taken by my optician to prepare previous pairs) and again I was delighted with the fit and optical quality of the glasses. Regrettably, the day before we were due to leave on holiday in October 2015 my spectacles were severely damaged accidentally - in that both sides were snapped off adjacent to the hinges. A temporary fix enabled me to use them for driving and on my return I telephoned Spex4less, the helpful young lady thought that they could be repaired and suggested that I returned them with a covering letter. The spectacles were posted from Cornwall on Friday afternoon, I received a telephone call from Spex4less on Monday morning informing me that they had been received, I asked about payment for the repair and was told that it was unlikely that I would be charged. The specs were returned to me as good as new in Cornwall by Tuesday morning's post. I was not charged for the repair. Incredible old world service from a modern hi-tech company! I could not recommend Spex4less more highly. KDee

I cannot recommend Spex4less too highly. Not only did they provide very satisfactory complex spectacles at a very competitive price but their after-sales service is far above what one might reasonably expect. In my case I broke the side arm of my spectacles after some 3 years of hard use. After asking Spex4less to quote me the repair costs I was astounded to find that they would carry out the repair free of charge. Not only was the work carried out well, it was also carried out very promptly. I could ask no more of any company. Well done Spex4less.

All my family and many friends now use spex4less. Not once have they let us down indeed their level of service has left me lost for superlatives. I have made mistakes in prescription requirements only to have them rectified within their now usual 24 hours without charge. This dedication to perfection has also just been applied to repairs to my specs which required new frames through my own negligence. They were replaced FOC !! within 24 hours yet again!! Who could beat that?

Without any quibble Spex4Less were happy to take a reading from my broken glasses and supply me with excellent quality, value and fit single lens replacement specs and sunglasses - all in a matter of days. When their lens supplier delivery was delayed, the person I dealt with called personally to explain and to reassure me they would do all they could to make sure I had them in time for my holiday. They arrived next day. I couldn't recommend Spex4Less more highly.

fabulous service. I have purchased 3 pairs of varifocals over the years and not one problem. The frame of my current pair broke after 2 1/2 years. I posted them back on Thursday 27th Aug. and were back with me Sat. 29th Aug!!. Brand new frames replaced free of charge. Brilliant. I try to convince all the mugs that pay High St opticians ludicrous amounts of money to buy from spex4less. Save pounds don't be conned again. No I am not a relative or anything to do with the business! just a very happy customer.
