Bosch WAS28460GB

Machine is totally unreliable. We are awaiting our 4th engineer visit and are left without a working machine over the holidays. Bosch do not send engineers promptly, and there is more waiting for spare parts. It doesn't even clean the dishes very well. I will not buy Bosch again.

This brand new Bosch Logix 8 washing machine broke down on the first day of use and I had to wait 3 days for the engineer to repair it. Unfortunately they failed to repair the machine because the parts were out of stock and I have had to wait another week for the parts to arrive. I am totally disillusioned and disgusted with Bosch's inability to repair their own products efficiently or effectively. They may have a great product reputation but be prepared for massive inconvenience and launderette costs if it breaks down.
