The father and Son that run the garage really did take care of me. I got a good part exchange price on my own car. The BMW was nicely valeted and looks so good. I would definitely recommend this car dealer.

Beware
I bought this 2008 Vauxhall Vectra Elite at Prestige Cars and was told that they like to have good customer relations so not to worry if anything went wrong with the car as they prefer to fix it than have an unhappy customer. After 3 weeks the cluth went while on holiday in France, called them from France and they said tough, clutch not covered by warranty. The cost of the repair will be only slightly less than the value of the car which has done only 100K miles on a 3l diesel engine.
Do not trust these guys

Got a car from them with warranty called up as had a problem and he simply said not my problem take it to a garage £500 later and my car now works disgusting i do not recommend
This is the point the exhaust actually fell off not had rust the fuel ran out was no fuel light on then as a result of it running out of fuel the car never worked properly after that looseing power all the time regardless of what the car coat it's poor service I have a car now I'm not heard to have an argument I left my feedback that's all I came to do let's face it I'm not the only one who's had issues with cars from u so maybe leave it at that
Now you have given the registration number I do remember the Zafira you bought. You paid £800 for it and was 14 years old. It was a bargain priced part exchanged car.
I do remember you as your partner called me after hours on a Saturday saying that you had broken down. I didn't have the mechanic on site as I said it was after hours, but I did come to your rescue with in 20 minutes of your call (much faster than the RAC or any other recovery service).
As I arrived I checked your car only to find you hadn't broken down at all, but ran out of fuel even though the fuel gauge showed EMPTY and the EMPTY FUEL LIGHT was ON. You said you had no money on you for fuel so I went to petrol station for you and paid £15 for fuel for you (which you said you would pay back on Monday but never paid back)
A couple of months later you did telephone me to say the exhaust had rust on it and was making a noise and wanted me to pay and fix it. As I said to you then, exhausts are not covered on a 14 year old car, there is no used car warranty in this land that covers exhausts on old cars.
You then decided to write nasty review(s) under a different name(s) after me going out of my way to help you.
My partner and I got a Vauxhall zafira reg x411yap it's now been scrapped as costing to much to keep having things go wrong I called explained about the exhaust and was told to take it to a garage then recognise that reg??? Now tell me I'm lieing i paid 800 and why wouldn't I need to phone u it was you I got the car from
You have never bought a car from Prestige Cars Torquay. We would never tell anyone to take to another garage for repair. All our cars bought over £1500 are supplied with a insurance backed WMS warranty, why would you need to phone me. Please remove as your review is false.

Dont Use Prestige Motors
So I purchased a car from this guy and it seemed to be ok but after 2 weeks the car started to have issues changing gear. I got 2 independent garages to check it and both told me that the gearbox, the clutch and the flywheel were all terrible and needed to be replaced asap. I contacted the seller who basically told me that it was my problem and that he didn't really care. It cost me 800+ to put right. At the time of the sale the seller also acknowledged that the heating didn't work. I have 2 kids and said that I would buy it if he put this right. He said that he would have his "friends garage" fix the problem at his cost. The mans friend did attempt to sort it (for all of 1 hour) but said he couldn't do it without having the car in for the day to replace a part behind the dash. When I asked the seller when this was going to happen he said that he wasn't prepared to put any more money (he purchased a £10 part) or effort into it and it was my problem. My father in law also purchased a car from this man (i didn't know at the time !) and he is also going through court proceedings to reclaim his money after a garage called the purchased car a "death trap". THIS SELLER IS A DISGRACE BUT ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE AN ANSWER TO ANYONE WHO CALLS HIM OUT.

All cars over £1500 come with a insurance backed WMS warranty.
This is not correct and you know it. You bought a 14 year old and high mileage 170,000 miles Laguna diesel for £800. You had the car for 1 weeks trial while you drove around wales on holiday (700 miles plus). On your return you said the car was great, there is only one fault that the heating was not working on one side of the car. The mechanic did have a look at this for you at no expense to you. Apart from ripping out all of the dashboard to see the fault it would not be viable to fix. You was offered a full refund of the purchase price of the car, which you refused and said you would fix it yourself.
1 months after the warranty period had ended, you phoned me to say that the clutch was making a noise. I did say that the warranty period had finished and clutches are not covered on ANY used car warranties.
I don't know who your father in law is, but I'm certain he is not going through court proceedings against me. Better to get your facts right first
I had the same attitude when i called up about a problem i had with a car i got off them not there problem ect i had warranty so why is it not there problem

In February 2010 I Bought A Mgf Sports Car From Th
In February 2010 I bought a MGF sports car from this dealership. The car only had 31,500 recorded miles, & was dscribed as a "stunning example." On the way home the engine warning light came on for the first time. Numerous problems persisted, & I took it to a specialist MG centre in Wolverhampton. Their inspection revealed head gasket failure & Steptronic transmission failure. Repairs were estimated at over £4000, & the car only cost £3190. The warranty supplied with the vehicle was worthless, as it only covered a maximum claim of £1000. I thus requested a full refund of the purchase price, which was refused by the dealer. We are therefore going to court soon. Please - Potential buyers beware!
This customer did use the county court proceedure. The MGF was collected at my garage expense. The car was inspected by 2 independant garages, one being the MGF main dealer in Torquay. Both inspections revealed no fault at all with the car. The MGF was returned to this customer, on returning the car to the customer he told the transport company that he had bought another car a Mazda MX5 and just wanted his money back as MGF's are not very comfortable as he is over 6ft 3". Car inspected by 2 independant garages, 1 garage being the MGF/ROVER main agent, both garages reported **NO FAULTS AT ALL WITH THIS CAR**
