I too thought I was ordering tickets directly through/or in association with the venue. Paid $642 for two tickets to see Norah Jones at Benaroya hall in Seattle. But they were in the second row and for a birthday present for someone I love so I was willing to pay the price. Heck second row.

But the tickets never showed up. That's when I started to worry. I tried their "live Chat" and was able to get a hold of them and they said they would look into it and get back to me that day. No return call. So I tried to "live chat again and waited for 40 min before I gave up. Then I called and actually was able to talk with someone who said they would get back to me Monday or Tuesday. Still nothing. So again I tried to "live chat a few more times but after I was "connected" I waited for almost 40 minutes again before I gave up. So I e-mailed them and they told me they were working on it. I actually contacted Benaroya hall to explain to them my problem with their ticket processing -I thought I'd been under the impression the tickets I bought were through their vendor but I was informed they have nothing to do with ticketcenter.com. Also the most expensive tickets are $70 for this event.

Please please do not buy tickets from them. You will pay grossly inflated fees that they do not notify you about. I ended up paying $313 for 2 tickets that I could have bought directly from the NAC for $56 each. This was not a sold out show or anything. They add massive service charges and do not show you a check out page. They skip right over it and just take the money and you find a inflated charge on your credit card. What you think you will pay is not what you pay. Please, be warned. They will not refund you the tickets, they send you a fictional screen shot of a payment page that they say you agreed to but who would agree to over $80 of added on charges. Please be warned and stear clear. I wish I had seen the terrible reviews about them before. I don't even know if the tickets I bought are legitimate.
