Just had a solid roof put on out existing 'tired, freezing' conservatory. Excellent workmanship from quote (thank you for your suggestions) to finish - which was a lot quicker than anticipated. Any little niggles sorted straight away without fuss. Cleaned up after themselves every night. I have been assured they will return if any problems arise in future. The Heaton conservatory team recently completed a beautiful extension for us. The process began with an initial on site consultation (my wife and I were unsure exactly what we wanted). We were expertly talked through a few different options - deciding upon a fantastic light summer room with floor to ceiling windows and a huge vaulted ceiling. We were given a start date and cost. SHOWROOM ADVICE: Immediately recognised what we wanted and improved on it with excellent design and practical advice. We also visited a finished conservatory which was amazing. AT OUR HOME: Computer reality design on site, fantastic input from Heaton's. Estimate and start date given and adhered to for the project. THE BUILDING. The initial build was really good. However, if something goes wrong, they just don't want to know. We complained 11 weeks ago that one of our locks did not work. We are still waiting for a repair. We just get told that they have men on holiday, and they will do it "this week". As of yet, there have been four this weeks. Just hope that nothing goes wrong with your conservatory… Read Full Review

Our conservatory was completed in the Spring by Heatons, Bolton. We've waited a while before reviewing to check no leaks! So far so good! This firm was excellent! From initial discussions with Sean (who tuned in to our ideas and was really helpful and skilled at suggesting alternatives where necessary)to completion, they could not be faulted. Where we felt something needed doing that had not been done, it was sorted immediately. Everybody working on the conservatory was hard working, pleasant… Read Full Review

Heaton Conservatories have built us an Orangery style conservatory which exceeds our best expectations. We have a "Victorian mock Tudor" house requiring a sympathetic design with a difficult shape and with some constraints. Heaton saw the difficulties, overcame them and gave us exactly what we wanted. They gave us confidence from the first visit by an advisor to discuss our requirements, no hard sell or gimmicks, just good practical advice and suggestions. We needed some extra space for our little one and decided a conservatory was the best option. We got a number of quotes and designs, but nothing compared to the quality and detail Heaton offered for a similar price. I had some initial ideas and believed they were well thought out, but Shaun offered so many other great options which actually saved us money. We are very pleased that we chose Heaton Conservatories. From the first visit of Shaun we were impressed. Our needs and wishes were discussed and solutions offered to our perceived difficulties. A design was arrived at that met and satisfied our requirements. There was no hard sell, just friendly discussion. Don't look anywhere else....This company is brilliant!!! I can't fault anything they did and I would recommend them without a single doubt. They were totally brilliant from start to finish, they never left a mess and even came to wipe down all the frames when they had finished. We are absolutely thrilled with our conservatory. “Whilst the structure is goo, the exterior door handles...”

Whilst the structure is goo, the exterior door handles started to tarnish and became pitted within four months of fitting. 5 months later we are STILL trying to get them sorted. Several visits and phone calls later we still have shabby fittings and a selection of excuses, also doors don't stay closed unless you engage the security locks. I would not recommend heaton Conservatories for their after sales service. I am thankful that a serious problem has not occurred, as I feel that the structure… Read Full Review

From start to finish, we cannot fault Heaton Conservatories.
Initially Sean came and together we came up with a design. Despite having contacted other companies for quotes, where these other companies we able to give upto £6000 discount, Heaton Conseravtories initial cost matched that of the reduced cost of the other companies without us evening asking. Therefore they are able to provide a realistic price.
