Value For Money

Excellent Service And Product.

bought my spa after extensive research on the web and chose to buy direct from Rotospa ltd. the advice i recieved was excellent, and very balanced. no hard sell but very prompt responses from all the staff i spoke to. the spa was excellent value for money and was delvered promptly, on time and with a minimum of fuss and maximum of customer service. setting up was relatively easy and the spa seems to work efficiently. the only thing that i wasn't aware of and didn't happen with a previous spa i owned is that it switches on once an hour through the night and as the spa is close to the house i can hear it. i don't worry about that, but do worry that i'm disturbing my neighbour.

all said i would certainly recommend the company and applaud the staff for service which is sadly lacking at some other companies.

Rotospa Duo Leaking Davey Pump

We bought our Rotospa in June 2010 and in the November we noticed that the pump was leaking. Karl from Rotospa came out and replaced it. But now just over a year later the pump is leaking again. The advice from Rotoaspa now is to replce the pump again as it is front seal which is leaking and these can not be replaced. The cost of the replcement is nearly £1000 (including fitting). So basically if you buy one of these it looks like you have to be prepared to buy a replcement pump every year!!

We Purchased An Inflatable Lay Z Spa In April 2010

We purchased an inflatable Lay z Spa in April 2010 as a cheap entry to the Spa world to see if we would enjoy the experience. We did and used it at every opportunity. Although it had major limitations it was an excellent learning process so in August we decided to look for a permanent model with all the features ie hydro jets, air jets, light, filtration, comfort etc. We searched the market and came across Rotospa a British made product based in Birmingham.

I contacted them directly and they invited us to the factory to view their spa's. We were met by Jason Smith, Sales Director who gave us a very educational tour around their facility. He was very passionate about the products without any hard sell, in fact at the end he told us to go away and think about it.

We were very impressed with what we had seen in terms of product quality, build standard and value for money.

We decided the Duraspa model best suited our needs, mainly because of it's portabilty i.e. we wanted it outdoors in Summer and in the Conservatory in Winter.

As they had one of these in stock it was delivered within a few days and sited in our conservatory. I filled it with warm water and we were in it by late afternoon that day.

Two weeks on we have used it everyday, we are absolutely delighted with it and think the spa is fantastic!

Q&A

Girlygirly

I have a second hand DuoSpa S240, Can someone tell me how to drain it please? I didn't think to ask the previous owner and cannot find an online manual, so any help would be appreciated.
