Poor Service, And Piles Of Bird Muck!

It's cheap - but that is all that's good about it. The staff were unfriendly and rude upon our return. We were running a few hours late due to flight delays. However the staff in the reception, and on the barrier intercom were rude and unhelpful, and insisted on charging us the full rate even though it was only a couple of hours beyond or original booking. They kept us waiting for nearly an hour before we had to give in a pay. (I have since reclaimed the charge from NCP Head Office directly following an official complaint.)

Additionally, the car park has a lot of tree cover, and the only space available on our arrival was right under one. On our return the car was absolutely caked in bird muck, sap, leaves and general gunk.

I would not park my car here again as it's not worth the aggravation, or risk of damage to car. I would rather pay a bit more to use a better airport parking provider such as Purple Parking business.

Avoid This Type Of Car Parkings

Last week I and my wife going to London for a marriage ceremony, So we hire "National Car Parks" for car parking . Then we come back from London our car have deep dust on front screen and my car have no fuel. I asked about it with his manager. He just replied "Sorry" WTH. So never use it . it is useless.

They Ruined My Day And The Didnt Care

When I went to pick up the car NATIONAL refused to give me the car because I didn't have any proof of address with me (claiming that they have a lot of missing cars because of this). I couldn't contact your customer service because you were closed for Thanks giving.

After trying in many different ways that I am a genuine customer they said if I cannot show any letter from the bank or bills with my address they wouldn't rent me a car.

After having caused a 30 minutes delayed in my important meeting I've been forced to go to the next door company (Hertz) to rent a new car. After only 5 minutes they rent me the car but with an extra.

We Book This Car Park For Our Honeymoon Last Month

We book this car park for our honeymoon last month mainly becasue the NCP brand and the price. This parking is about 0.5 mile away from the terminal, well, you park your car next to the flightpath. The transfer is quite quick, 3 mins from the car park for us. will use it again.
