Good purchasing experience here, all the staff really knowlegeable about this iconic Alfa Brand. They have a real interest in the AR car name and work at finding the right vehicle for your budget. The cars are nicely prepared and all questions are answered. Attended the recent AROC day and enjoyed the experience. Good servicing deal thrown into the transaction also.

Booked our Gullietta for it's first service last Wednesday. Everyone was polite pleasant and helpful and the waiting area was clean and comfortable with a TV and the use of a drinks machine an added bonus. The service bay was spotlessly clean and the car was returned beautifully cleaned Excellent experience

Very happy with the service when dropped in for MOT. I felt understood when I said I needed the car back by a certain time, a taxi was called for me to get to work, and I received a call to say the car was ready and waiting for me. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned in and out too - bonus as I wasn't able to leave it for long.

Bought my 2 year old SX4 from this place. I was a little apprehensive because I never normally purchase used cars. However after I saw the immaculate condition of the vehicle, as well as the friendly sales teams recommendations, I decided to take the plunge. Pleased to say 1 month later, I am as happy as I was when I bought the car. It runs as sweet as a nut and am benefiting from the saving I've made compared to buying a new one. Will certainly be back and just want to thank you guys for the excellent recommendation.

Had a problem with the sat nav, new unit fitted in august 14 and a problem has developed, brought car into garage for fixing, explained the problem the warranty man was disgusting had a chip on his shoulder, the dealer is quick enough to take your money but after sales care is absolutely terrible from certain so called members of the team who appear not to work as part of the team, terrible service will be taking my car and money elsewhere, after I have spoken to trading standards.

This is my 3rd car from them over the years they have all been great cars the Chrysler is the best so far. I have a 1.3 jtd limited with sunroof. The road tax FOC and only needs service every 2 years or 21k and the dealer have looked after me the have collected and delivered it back for service and warranty work. They even updated the software on the blue and me foc when I got a new I phone. This will be the first time I change my car and have another identical car as we love it so much. Because they have looked after us and the deal was good last time we will get the next one from them.
