City Golf & Gym is a combined gymnasium (which I didnt use) and an indoor golf simulator (which I did use).
You basically play golf in the same way as you would on the driving range, but a computer calculates where your shot would have ended up had you been on a real golf course. You hit the ball against a cloth wall which displays any number of real life courses.
For driving and your long game its actually pretty realistic (it accurately picked up my tendency to hook shots!).
Its also a really good, fun game to play with friends (you can play a round of golf in about an hour as there's no walking or waiting involved)
Where it lets itself down a little is in the short game. Its very hard to accurately putt or chip and to judge the distances when you can't really see them as there's no perspective (a 3d version of the game would be VERY interesting!)
That said, to get your long game better and as a really good, interactive game to play with mates Id strongly recommend it. One person needs to be a member (I think its around £100 a month for golf only membership, not sure about gym membership)
The actual club is very nice, great bar area and they serve food
Worth a visit (if you can find a member to go with....)
